We have a wedding in MSP Friday evening, and are going to hit up Ikea and the Mall of America Saturday, so I think I'm going to double up the upper and lower body workouts on Tuesday and Thursday, and do cardio on Friday.

We have a wedding in MSP Friday evening, and are going to hit up Ikea and the Mall of America Saturday, so I think I'm going to double up the upper and lower body workouts on Tuesday and Thursday, and do cardio on Friday. I'm pretty sure ikea counts as cardio if you do a few jumping jacks in the showroom.

Just checking in since I'm not able to participate anymore. I am seeing a PT twice a week for my back. My numbness and tingling/burning has not gotten any better so I saw my doctor again a week ago and she ran some blood work. I had a positive antinuclear antibodies test and an elevated c reactive protein which indicates an autoimmune disease. So I'm going through the ringer again and am waiting to hear back from a rheumatologist for more info. Keep going ladies! You're doing great! I am so sorry! FX it's nothing serious.

I'm very much an all or nothing person with these things.

I'm pretty sure ikea counts as cardio if you do a few jumping jacks in the showroom. If you eat any meatballs, you have to throw in some burpees. People do all sorts of weird things at Ikea. Burpees in the textiles department would barely register as odd.

I mentioned this in the last thread, but I started week 6 this Saturday to try to get a little ahead before leaving on vacation Thursday evening.
I did upper and lower strength on Saturday (day 36 and 37 with weights ranging from 10-12.5 for upper / 17.5 for lower). Holy cow, was I sore on Sunday and I am still feeling it today.
I completed day 38 this morning. As usual, not a huge fan of the cardio routine, but this one didn't seem too miserable.

I ate like a hangry hippo this weekend and did not exercise a minute. It was delightful, but tomorrow's going to hurt! Thanks brux for keeping up with this and tagging me, keeps me reminded.
