Day 36 done. My arms are sore so I sucked today. But I haven't been sore since the beginning so I'm pretty happy about this. I need to get lots of heavy weights.
Day 36 Bent over rows: 42 Bent over reverse flys: 24 Push-ups: 20 (unmodified) Elbow plank: 1 min Around the worlds: 16 Front raises: 20 Bicep curl: 20 Eccentric bicep curl: 10 Overhead tricep extension: 27 Tricep floor dips: 25

I did day 36 this morning, but it was a hot mess. My kid was awake, so I had her watch a show on the computer and skipped the warm up and cool down. I'm not sure if hearing Elmo count in the background was motivating, or the opposite. But I used the heavier weights for the first time, so that was good. I'm hoping for a normal, quiet, workout tomorrow.

Day 36 done! I'm glad I have a range of weights to use. My shoulders and triceps can't handle the heavier weights at all.

darcyjulep I’m only on day 13 so we can be behind together! nochill I’m so sorry. I hope everything is ok. @juliagulia plus one to remembering that block. You absolutely can do it. I always felt like I just could not be a runner and my friend really motivated me and told me I could. I have bad knees, a bad back, and asthma and I just kept telling myself that I was a runner and I could do it. Last year around this time I did my first 5k without stopping. You can do it too!

I did day 13 today so that means I have the day 15 fit test tomorrow (I am still running a bit behind from where I started). I am fairly certain I have not lost any weight ( I weigh myself almost every day) but I know that if I stick with it my body will eventually catch up in that department. I didn’t take measurements but I did do a photo so I will keep a photo journal. I do think I will be able to beat my scores though because I am definitely feeling stronger.

Day 37 was good. My legs are feelin' it.
I ate really shitty yesterday. Like, bad. So I'm going to try and be better with that today...

Managed to get Day 37 in before work! I like this week so far.
I woke up with a sore throat but hopefully it’s just a side effect of the crazy weather we’ve been having lately. Going to take a Zyrtec and hope for the best.

I did day 40 this morning (2nd lower workout for the week). I really like this one...it is tough, but I feel like it is really working places on me that need to be worked.
It was actually cool here today, so I followed it up with a 3 mile run.
Feeling great this morning...and 1 more workout until VACATION!!!

Well weigh in went as expected...I am up .8 pounds from where I started. I attribute this mostly to having a few really bad days. I need to stop eating all of the things at Bruins games and limit myself to 1/2 cheats per week. I mostly eat very well but when I am bad I am very, very bad. Hoping the day 15 fit test goes well tonight. I have a really long work day and got zero sleep last night due to my two year old yelling "mommy! I'm so scared!" at the top of his lungs because he couldn't find his night light. 3 times. Poor kid. I think it will still go OK though because I definitely struggled with it on day 1.

Fit test went well! I beat all my scores but pushups where I was even. That is good because progress photos didn’t really show much progress. Only 15 days though so I guess I can’t expect too much. I messed up and did burpees wrong so I had to do them right at the end. That was not fun.

Those bridge things today were absolutely killer. I could barely do five or six raises before my legs cramped completely up.

I wasn't able to get my workout in today due to sick children (one is still in my arms) and I'm salty about it. I did order heavier weights and a new mat though which will be here in time for the next upper body workout. I'll be doubling up tomorrow which is going to be rough.

Day 38 done! I liked this week's cardio better than last week's. Except we're still doing mountain climbers. But I felt like I pushed it harder today than I've been able to in the past. Though I did feel like an fn bunny during the pogo hops 🐇.
I appreciate when one of her kids comes home at the end of her workout, because it tells me she waits until the last possible minute to workout, like a normal person.

I got up this morning to do day 41, but my H has been getting up at 5 this week to help acclimate him to the time change we are about to endure. He was all up in my workout space...so rather than get annoyed, I decided to sub in a run for the second week 6 cardio. It was 60 degrees and beautifully clear and I ran just under 4 miles. I think I am going to call week 6 complete. Next stop: London I won't be doing BBM while in Europe, but H and I have set a goal of walking at least 10 miles a day (I track with my Apple watch). I am so excited I will work to try to catch up to everyone with week 7 when we are back next weekend.
