I was in a really bad headspace today, but I'm going to try and double up strengths tomorrow, cardio Wed, double strengths on Thu and cardio on Friday.
I'm all out of sorts, so I need to figure out exactly where I am...I think I'm ahead, but I can't remember.

Thanks for the tag again bruxHope you both feel better soon @nuts and nochillAFM, I am trucking along. I am really sore today from leg day yesterday. My eating has been shitty this week. It's like I sabotage myself anytime I am doing good. I don't know why. So that sucks and I am going to try to get back with the program tomorrow.

I missed this weekend due to wedding and subsequent hangover so I tripled up today. I loved it. I may mentally save that for when I can't think of what to do at the gym. It was a great fullbody workout. I decided I need to step up a bit so I used 25's for leg workout. I recommend it, if you can go up higher, especially for the squats and deadlifts.
Day 32 One arm row R: 49 Left: 52 Chest press: 24 Chest flys: 19 Lateral raises: 17 Bent over reverse flys: 19 Full range bicep curls: 21 Alternating bicep curls: 28 Overhead tricep extension: 31 Tricep kickbacks: 29
Day 33 Deadlifts: 13 Weighted squats: 19 Heel dig weighted: 16 Step ups Right: 21 Left: 24 Donkey kick Right: 26 Left: 28 Hydrants Right: 32 Left: 33 Dumbbell calf raises: 26
Day 34 Fake jump rope: 166 Burpee leg lift: 13 Sprint in place: 182 Mt climbers: 118 Squat jumps: 28 Fake jump rope: 165 Burpee leg lift: 13 Sprint in place: 178 Mt climbers: 115 Squat jumps: 30

I did the upper and lower strength days from Week 5 again today, and increased weights for most of the moves. I'll start Week 6 tomorrow.

So, I'm not really getting very sore these past few weeks. Should I just push a lot harder or buy bigger weights? I'm using 8s except for the lateral raises and reverse flys, for which I use 5s.

I would get heavier weights. You don't want to compromise your form to move faster, and she said the point of this phase is to build muscle, which requires heavier weights. Depending on the move I use anywhere from 5, 8, or 10 lb weights. The heaviest I can handle without feeling like I'm going to strain something. I'd get some 10s if I were you!

Day 36 done. I also use 5s for the shoulder moves and the reverse flys but I was using 3s for those in phase 1, so still an increase.
I also did C25k week 5, day 2 today. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I ran. I had a failed attempt at week 5, day 3 and tried to quit. Self sabotaging stuff. Anyways, I gave myself a couple of options to move forward and picked one. Repeated day 2. I’m not going to quit.

But I kept hearing that if you can run/jog for 20 min then you can easily do 3.1 mi.

I did day 39 today (upper strength) using 12.5s (rows and curls) or 10s (flys, front raises, and around the worlds).
I had considered doubling up with the lower strength, but my legs are still sore from the weekend and it was unusually cool this morning, so I went for a run instead. Hoping the soreness is a little lessened tomorrow before day 40.

I found it easier for me to listen to audio books when getting accustomed to running longer stretches. With music, I would get pumped up and start too fast or mess up my pace. With an audio book, I try to focus on the content and ignore the fact that I am running and it somehow makes it easier to keep a steady pace.

Anyways, Briana and her family have all been evacuated and the fire zone has completely surrounded her house. They aren't sure if their house survived the night.
I know it has no (e)affect on 5.0 but I didn't know anyone else that might even care about the information.

I did the first Fit Test last night, and went ahead and knocked out a Cardio and Strength module this morning, so coming into this afternoon ready to jump into day 4. I can promise that this momentum will not continue, but I'm happy with how sore I feel already.

I'm behind. I did 32 and 33 today (I think? Upper and lower from week 5). I'm sore. The next two weekends we are traveling and I won't be working out so I don't know if I will be able to catch up. I might try to keep doubling up strength days but depends on how sore I am after today.

36 and 37 done. I'm using 8lb weights on everything but could definitely go up on the lower body stuff. We have some 20s here, but that may be too much. I may see on Thursday.

I had the shittiest of shitty mornings and I kept thinking that I'll feel so much better after I work out. And I do. I bought 12 lb weights and used those for day 37 and I can actually feel the burn.

nochill hope you have answers soon @nuts hope you feel better quickly! Just remember not to overdo it once you feel well enough to start up again @juliagulia I hit that roadblock with C25K as well. You can do it! (Trust me, if I can anyone can) I’m still playing catch up so I’m far behind but I doubled up twice this week so far
