I keep wanting to recommend these workouts to other people but the name and the personality embarrass me too much. "Just mute her, it's free" lol.

Day 40 + a repeat of C25k week 5 day 2 done. I’m feeling emotional today and almost started crying when I was running over gratefulness to have this time for myself and the ability to move my body in these ways. I might be losing it a little. 😉 You aren't losing it! I bought some new pants yesterday and almost cried in ther dressing room because I actually liked my reflection. I love this.

Did day 40 today while my kid refused her nap. Skipped the cool down because of the aforementioned nap situation. Hey, does anyone know if Brianna is on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Snapchat??? I wasn't sure if she was everywhere or not 🙄🙄🙄🙄. She's elusive, that's for sure! It's too bad we can't watch her give birth or anything. Also. It's hard for her to do moves because her groin hurts.

I did 17 and 18 this weekend and we got an elliptical. Since I am bound and determined for that to not be an item that just sits in our workout area collecting dust I used that these past two days too. Not sure I can sustain both things during the week but I am certainly going to try. Tomorrow is strength day so I can probably double up...not sure how it will be when cardio is back to back...it will likely not be pretty. I had cardio today but did it in the morning. Wish I could always do workouts in the morning since I am very much a morning person but I just don’t know I can get up any earlier than I already do.
Brianna occasionally makes me giggle but overall...it so gets under my skin that she talks about her weight loss constantly. Great, glad you lost your nine pounds and I lost .8 in the same time. Thanks lady.

You ladies are doing awesome! We had a pretty active weekend so I skipped the workouts. My FitBit thinks I took a 42 min run at the punk rock show this afternoon so I think I'm good! 😂 Looking forward to next week! I definitely feel stronger and more fit. It's pretty cool.

Between being sick last week and then being out of town this weekend I'm 4 days behind. Hoping to double up on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun to catch up.

I just did days 40 and 41. I took the weekend off, although I wasn't intending to take yesterday off. I ended up getting sick Saturday night from fucking potluck food. Woof.

This isn’t BBM related but you ladies encouraged me so I thought I would share that I finally conquered C25k week 5, day 3. I dropped my speed for most of it and listened to a podcast instead of music to keep from going too fast. I felt good and I pushed it at the end because I still had energy! Thanks for the help and support.

Also, just a heads up for week 7, on her website Day 43 is under week 6 and labeled as a rest day, But that is incorrect. It actually should be the first day of week 7 which is upper body. If you go straight to YouTube there is a video for day 43.

Day 41 complete. I had to take a couple of breaks but I feel like I did so much better than any other cardio day of phase 2. So that was encouraging.

Day 41 done. I could not get out of bed to do it this morning, but I had to listen to H eat cheeseits in the living room while I worked out, so that should be all the motivation I need to get back on track with early mornings.

Day 39 done, at work. The person who was supposed to relieve me at 7 submitted their resignation at 4pm today, effective immediately. So that's awesome. Now I'm hoping someone will come in at 11. If I get another chance I'll run back up to the gym for day 40.

Did I jump too far ahead? I did Day 43 today. I can barely keep my arms up to hold my phone.

I said I would get it in when the baby stopped crying. But the baby never stopped crying. So I let MH deal with it and I just got it in late night.
