Week 3 starts tomorrow, Tuesday 9/19. Just making this thread for people who want to read ahead and/or work out in the ungodly morning hours tomorrow. I still need to do Day 13 tonight and I am not excited about the Fit test tomorrow. I think I like her system though. Usually I get bored of workouts because I start to hate doing the same shit every day but she mixes it up so I only have to hate each move for a week at a time. It is giving me hope.

I'm going to fit test today when we get home. I'm not looking forward to measuring after this weekend. I did run into a bunch of old friends (who got SO super day drink while I was at a kid's birthday::grumble: and they all said I looked skinny. So at least I have that going for my ego.

I sorta fell off the wagon before I even got on. I may try to restart here. Maybe. you can and you will. I really do think that these workouts are 99.5% mental. I hate thinking of time to do them and I dread it and I skip days, but then I actually do a workout and it's not bad.

Thanks for posting this!
I am interested to see if/how much progress I have made in the past 2 weeks...even though I am dreading the fit test.
I don't think I will weigh/measure until the weekend though. It just seems to work better with my schedule.

I have still been weighing in because of doing noom. I know I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I am excited to do measurements.
I'm feeling really good and stronger.

I feel weak and tired, lol. I know I made progress before I got sick, though, so I think jumping back in won't be too hard.

Here. I started week 3 today--fit test day. I felt really weak and sluggish. My scores either stayed the same or went down. I think I was in my head. Feeling a little discouraged.

I kind of fell off the wagon too last week but I'm meal planning today, and I'm going to do two of last weeks workouts tonight. Also I bought some Cuteworkout capris from Target.

I did day 7 today. I've only lost about a pound overall, but I feel better after doing the quick workout.

I'm here! Enjoying my rest day, but I did hike an insanely steep trail so I will be sore. I'll do the fit test when I get home in the afternoon so it might be interesting. Excited for a new week though.

Fit Test Done!
Speed squats- 37 (+4) High Knees- 96 (not going to compare to Wk 1) Pushups- 8 from feet and 15 from knees (did 21 all modified last time) Squat jumps-20 with no modifications (+1) Tricep dips- 21 (+2) Burpees- 7 (+2, did them in slo-mo) Lunges- 15 (-1) Plank- 60 secs (but with feet wide, so maybe not comparable)

I am not going to get the fit test in today. SO is still not home from work and I started wine.
I'm going to do fit test and week 3 day one tomorrow. Rest on a Sunday just works so much better for my schedule.

I managed to do days 11 and 12 tonight. I had to use smaller weights for the shoulder exercises and couldn't go all the way down on the squats since my shoulders and knees are still hurting from when I fell. Numbers stayed pretty much the same and I didn't want to overdo it.
Tomorrow I am going to do the fit test. If I'm not too sore I will try to do day 13 as well otherwise I may just skip it.
I've majorly fallen off my diet the past four days so I'm hoping to get back on track with that tomorrow too. I gained some weight back this weekend, hopefully just temporary/water weight. I'm not happy.
