So i have been out of town so I took Sat-Mon off. Today I decided to be a maniac and triple up. My fit test suffered since it was the last thing I did but I'm up to speed. I didn't take measurements and I don't own a scale, but I ordered one. I'll tell you if I lost any weight when it gets here on Friday. I know you are all on the edge of your seat.

Fit test 2 Speed squats: 38 (-2) High knees: 143 (+32) Modified Push-ups: 26 (same) Squat jumps: 24 (-6) Tricep dips: 31 (+8) Burpees: 10 (+2) Alt lunges: 16 (-3) Elbow plank: 1 min (+20 seconds)

I meant to double up today, but I was spent. I'm going to double up tomorrow though, because I would rather have a Sunday rest day. I only also own a scale because SO keeps one hidden under the desk. I get so obsessed, it becomes super unhealthy. I reached my size 8 pants, fit into shirts I haven't and definitely feel stronger. Weight loss is great, but I cannot make that my goal. I need to make my goals of being stronger, looking good in my clothes and the ultimate seasonal goal of being able to ski the mountain top to bottom without a break...and also be skinny enough to buy not "fat" ski pants...because I'm due.

Day 16 is done. I liked the cardio routine better than last week.
I missed the last minute and a half of the cool down cause my kid woke up screaming 🙄. This better not become a habit. Her early wakings are the reason I fell off the workout wagon 2 other times this year.

I am out for awhile. I tore my Achilles tendon while playing softball on Sunday and I am scheduled for surgery on Monday. I should be starting physical therapy by the time you guys are finishing up. I can't wait to see the 'after' results! It will inspire me to get my ass moving again! Great job to you guys so far! Keep it up!

Cardio kicked my ass this morning, but I was able to hang for the majority of it.
I like that the moves change every week, and I definitely feel stronger and have more ability to do the moves.
I need more food ideas. I have been doing well with food, but starting to get bored.

I did day 16 this morning as well and agree with withanie, today's cardio was much more enjoyable than the previous weeks. It got my heart rate up, felt challenging, but didn't include any moves I completely hate. The plank variation was interesting—I need to work on those. My body didn't want to move that way.

Fit test done: Speed squats +6 High knees +35 Push ups +8 (modified) Squat jumps +6 Tricep Dips +2 Burpees -1 but I certainly was not doing them correctly the first time Alt lunges +3 Elbow plank 2-20 sec intervals, instead of 3-10 sec intervals
And I did day 16, except the very last exercise because my children were being needy.
I'M BEAT. And I committed to walking in the park later which will be probably a couple miles worth of walking. While wearing a baby and pushing a toddler, yikes.
However, I feel strong.

Day 16 done.
It was ok. I don't have a chair I can step in so I used the IKEA step stool and did it faster. Got a sweat going.

Day 16 done, along with a cardio interval workout. I also plan to do an indoor walking workout video on my lunch break, it's raining here so I can't get outside.
That last plank variation was a challenge...I don't know that it works for me, I may find something to sub in for this week.

I'm officially behind. I have a cold and everything hurts and I get really dizzy if I'm up for very long so I haven't done anything this week. I'm feeling oddly guilty and determined not to quit though. Who am I?

I did 16/17 today. I definitely felt challenged and I really need to get some 5lb weights for the lateral raises. I've got an old shoulder injury that is really bothered by that movement.

Once you're ready, I get caught up by keeping on schedule with everyone else and adding in my behind days when I can fit in an extra. So you're not at week 3 when we're on week 4 or 5. Hope you feel better soon!

I did not want to do the workout today. I did it, but I'm not as impressed with the routine this week. Probably because I was in a crappy mood. Hopefully it'll be better Friday .

Also, thank goodness for this thread or this would be when I quit. I was hungry and in a terrible mood after work and went to McDonald's. That would have started my downward spiral I'm sure, but instead I read this thread, drank some water and did the workout. I'll probably be over cals today, but I will eat mindfully.

Just did day 16 and week 3 apps. My son was very concerned about the chair step-ups. Kept saying "woah Mommy you're going to fall down!"

Just finished Day 16. I thought I was going to have to do it late tonight but I realized that I had a 30 minute window in which to workout.
I'll be sweaty and gross at the workshop, but whatevs.

I just finished day 16. I'm glad it felt easier than cardio last week because my kids got everyone sick and I am dragging ass. We have family coming to town for the next few days so I didn't want to get behind today since I might not be able to fit workouts in every night this week.
