My neck and lower back are dull and achy. There's a lot of inflammation and my neck is moderately sprained. I'm sorry. Did they give you any muscle relaxers or anything? Nope, just prescribed daily therapy for two weeks. Yay?

I doubled up (for the second day in a row, WHO AM I????!) and did 17&18. Plus walked earlier at the park. I did my own cool-down after 18 because I was too busy melting in a puddle of sweat to pay attention to her.
My quads were so tight during the initial stretch, I thought they were going to snap. They don't bother me at all other than when I stretch them.

I'm behind after having weekend guests and don't have it in me to double up.
I did 16 tonight and actually didn't hate it. I even felt good afterwards. Who am I?

Day 17 done. I love strength days. Cardio days suck. I omitted the plank move because of my knee and the jumping. Next time maybe I will just do another ab move in its place.
If it weren't for this check in I definitely would have quit this week. So I thank you all for that! My motivation is gone. Hopefully I can find it soon and get back to the exercise bike as well (if my knee can tolerate it).

I took an unintentional rest day today so I will double up tomorrow. I do declare it. I might even do it in the morning so it's out of the way.

I'm up to do 17 and 18.
I tried to do the jumping jack warmup and my chest is so sore from my trainer yesterday that I had to stop. So now I'm watching her Day 17, jumping in on leg exercises and skipping all the arm and shoulders. Because I can't even.

Did day 18 this morning but I didn't put a lot into it. This cold is slowly catching up with me. If I feel ok tonight I may do day 19, then take a rest day Sat and Sun cause its going to be a busy weekend.

Day 18 done! Along with level 1 of 30 day shred. Squat jumps suck and I didn't do the plank hip dips, I replaced it with reps of plank into dolphin.

I did day 19 this morning. Yay strength day. I tried to push it hard this time with heavier weights and caring less about speed. Then I followed it up with a 2.5 mile run that included 8x15 second sprints with 30-second rest in between. I was drenched by the time I came back. 93% humidity is no joke.
I will likely take Saturday and Sunday off from BBM and just try to stay active enough to meet all of my movement goals. I will maybe try to get a run in on Sunday, but I'm not really sure what we have going on that day.
Great job to everyone for keeping this up!

I did Day 17 and 18 this afternoon. Instead of the plank move I did tricep dips.
We're visiting family this weekend and will probably do a lot of walking, but I brought my work out clothes. Hoping to find a few minutes in the mornings to fit in Day 19 and 20.

I did not make it today due to continued GI distress. I'm going to try and do them this weekend at some point. FX my kids cooperate.

I have not kept up or been checking in. I did one workout last week, then this week I started her six week challenge since it's pregnancy friendly. I've done every workout so far this week. Well I'm running instead of the cardio days and I felt sick yesterday so doubled up today instead. I'm proud! Getting started was a huge hurdle for me. I really want to be fit while pregnant but I've had so little motivation.

Day 19 down the hatch!
Know what's the best part of this? I have had such bad problems with my shoulder over the last few months, bordering on frozen shoulder. I had been slowly improving on my own, doing PT exercises.
These workouts have done wonders. I have almost 0 issues now. My neck still gets tight, but the muscle spasms have pretty much gone away and I am very pleased.

That's awesome @nellybluth! I was having trouble with foot pain prior (Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis), but neither have bothered me since midweek 1!
Day 19 done! I'm ready to get 20 out of the way tomorrow and enjoy a rest day Monday.

I used 5 lbs for all the weight exercises today!

I'm still here and following along. I just have been so busy, I do the workout and then move on with my life (aka tend to a newborn).
My scale came yesterday and I'm down 7 or 8lbs, depending upon when I weigh myself. I know it's 90% Diet because I have been really strict with my food but I like that the workouts are getting me back into shape. I think I'm ready to add something else in because my body craves it.

I loved the strength this week. Except the lunge dumbbell touch. They can suck my dick.
