I loved the strength this week. Except the lunge dumbbell touch. They can suck my dick. I was surprised by how hard those are! My glutes are pretty sore today. I guess I was doing something right yesterday.

I took two 30 min classes at the gym today: 1 strength, 1 aerobics. So I'm counting that as whatever day this is...19?

Oh man, I am so far behind. I got sick earlier this week and haven't been able to keep up. I'm not sure if it is best to just call this week a wash and aim to start fresh on Tuesday with week 4. Is this a terrible idea or should I go back and do week 3 over? I don't think I will feel good enough to do anything until Monday at the earliest. My sinuses are currently so full of junk it is making my teeth hurt.

We were gone all day so I didn't get my workout in. Guess I'm doubling up tomorrow, but at least Monday is a rest day.

BBM day 20 and C25k week 4, day 3 done.
BBM was great, my run not so much. But I'm at 3 miles before 9 am, so I'm 😃.
Thank goodness for rest day tomorrow.

The workouts follow the same structure from what I can tell, but the moves do seem more intense. Especially cardio. This week she answered a viewer question and she said if you have to take a break to start back where you stopped. Hope you feel better.

Days 19&20 done. I dreaded doing them all day but once I just did them it went so fast. This cardio is much better than last week's. I really need to get a set of weights though because lifting with laundry detergent is rough on my wrists. And looks completely ridiculous.

I was unable to do anything today due to super clingy kids.
I'm going to double 19/20 tomorrow and then double up another couple of days next week.
I'm going to have to make sat/sun my rest days, or else I will never keep up.

Took my rest day yesterday and did day 19 a few minutes ago. It felt like it'd been forever since I worked out (only since Friday morning) so I was surprised and happy with how strong I felt and how much 'eaiser' the moves were compared to my last strength day.

I did not work out this weekend. We walked so much. I definitely want to make up a strength day but I'm not really worried about cardio. So, so tired. Tomorrow I'll do a make up workout.

I was not able to workout this weekend. So I will do 18 and 19 tonight. 20 and abs tomorrow and start week 4 on Wednesday. Putting my plan here to hold me accountable.

I weighed myself this weekend and I was only down half a pound. I was kind of disappointed at first.....but then a couple hours later I started my period. I tend to go up a handful of pounds right at the beginning, so I am hoping the overall loss was a little more than that.
I did day 20 today. I really didn't want to get up, but I made myself do it. AF is being a moody bitch and I feel like I have been hit by a truck. I want to curl back up in bed.

I took a rest day yesterday and will probably do the same again today (I'm exhausted from a couple of late nights & super busy weekend). I think I'll just double up tomorrow morning.

Day 20 done this morning. Onto week 4! I'm getting sick of getting up at 5am everyday, but it's just a mental hump I have to get over. I knew from the start that waking up early would be what I have to do to fit in these workouts. And its only like 30 minutes earlier than I have to get up anyway, so I'm telling my brain to just quit bitching.
