I still have to do the fit test, but I did measurements and took pictures.
Measurements are similar throughout, but the my waist is 3 inches smaller, so that made me so happy!
I can see differences in the pictures as well, which is awesome. Now I just need the scale to follow. I only lost 2.4lbs in the first 15 days.

I did the fit test today. My stats are at home but there were a few that I made improvements on and others that I was down a few reps. I got used to the 30 second breaks and took too long getting to the next move. I have to remember that for the next fit test.
I didn't do all of the workouts from last week but 2 of the days I ran on the treadmill. I'm still training for the half marathon so I'm going to count my runs as the cardio days.
I need to take photos, I didn't do that at the beginning. I also didn't take measurements until 9/9 but I'm so glad I did! I lost 1 inch from my hips and 1.75 from my waist!! I'm thrilled at the progress in just 10 days!

Fuck the fit test. Why is it so hard?
Lol, but I did do better this time. Probably would have done better if I hadn't doubled up this morning and already tired myself out from Day 13. Oh, well.

Over a pound a week, so don't sell yourself short!

I did the fit test this morning. I thought (as I was doing it) that I was really failing in some of them—I felt completely out of breath and like the second half especially was a huge struggle.
BUT...I just looked back at my old numbers and everything improved!
Speed squat: 56 (+19) High knees: 119 (+39) Push ups: 16 (on knees) / (+4 I need to work on full push ups, but my shoulder was feeling a little sore) Squat jumps: 24 (+6) Triceps dips: 24 (+4) Burpees: 11 (+2) Lunges: 23 (+9) Elbow plank: 1 minute
I really need to work on my strength with push ups and burpees, but I am overall very happy with how this morning turned out.

Fit test done. I forgot how fast the 10 sec breaks go. Sweaty mess.
Down 3.4 lbs, 0.5 inch from each thigh, 0.5 inch from belly, 1 inch from natural waist, and 1.5 inch from my boobs. Nothing off my hips. I carry the majority of my weight in my belly so I hate that most of the inches are from elsewhere (for reference my belly button and hip measurements are pretty much the same, and my natural waist is 14 inches smaller). So that's a bit depressing.

Measurements stayed the same (I gained back the couple pounds l lost the first week, no surprise there) except for maybe 0.5" off my hips - I'll take it.
Fit test tonight.

I'm scared of stepping on the scale tomorrow. Vacation had really good food and really good beer.
Fit test tonight when I get home.
I should take measurements.

I'll do the fit test a little later but I just did my measurements. I'm pretty happy for just two weeks. -1" in the bust, -1" in the stomach, -1" each thigh, -1/2" each arm. Hips and calves stayed the same. +1/2" in my natural waist for some reason.

So that's a bit depressing. We must have the same body type. My hips and stomach measure the same too and my natural waist is 14 inches smaller. My stomach used to be quite a bit smaller but the kids ruined that. I keeps losing the most in my boobs. I'm down 5 inches in my boobs since I started in April and only down 1/2-2 inches everywhere else. Blah.

Fit test done. I improved in every area except stayed the same in the speed squats. I also was able to do the full minute of the elbow plank non-modified.

Fit Test done! It was rough but when I looked at the numbers I improved in almost everything. I still have to modify a lot of them though. Speed squat: +8 High knees: +36 and no longer modified Push ups: +4 on knees still Squat jumps: +1 Triceps dips: +6 Burpees: same Lunges: +1 Elbow plank: 12 sec unmodified and then 38 on my knees, last time it was 50 sec on my knees the whole time
Not super impressive but considering I'm working "injured" I will take it

I just finished the fit test and I am dying. I have workers in my house so I did it outside and there is NO BREEZE.
Speed squat: 32 +4 High knees: 93 + 13 Push ups: 25 +10 but all modified Squat jumps: 22 +2 Triceps dips: 30 +17 Burpees: 8 +1 but with better form than first time Lunges: 20 +3 Elbow plank: 50 sec
I am so glad that is over. I thought I did much worse so I was very surprised with my progress.

I'm so frustrated! I have a nasty chest cold. I just cannot seem to make it more than a few days before something knocks me down. Gah! I am down 3 pounds though, so that's keeping motivated!

My numbers were about the same, but my form was definitely better and nothing was modified.
I am down 3lbs and 9 total inches though, which is way more than I expected after this weekend's adventures. I also finally broke the 150 mark for the first time in a v v v long time!

I just went through an mapped out my workout schedule to account for the 9.5 days I will be traveling next month to see if I can make it work with just doubling up workouts. There will be some intense mornings with 2 days worth of workouts—but I think it is workable to keep up. I event put it all on my calendar to keep myself accountable and stay on track. This is the kind of thing that has always thrown me off of programs in the past....I will have a trip or event in the middle and I just fall off the wagon and say "fuck it." I am excited and proud of myself that I am already planning ahead about how I can make it work and stick with this until the end.

I couldn't work out this morning cause DD woke up stupidly early, but the fit test is now done!
I've lost 2.5lb and gained 4 speed squats and 6 (modified) pushups...FFC that was all I kept track of after the 1st fit test 😬. I counted everything this time though!

I feel your frustration. I kept reminding myself last week that this is a 90 day commitment, and I'm in it for the long haul despite periodic setbacks that may come up.

Thanks for the reminder! I finished week 2 today and then did the fit test. I didn't do the original one, so those short breaks were a surprise!

I've lost about 3 pounds. I'm still within the range of the same 5-10 pounds I've been gaining and losing for the past couple months. So I'm considering it a wash weight wise... but my form is definitely better and most numbers have improved. I'm still fighting a cold/sinus thing and I think I could have done better if fully healthy.
Speed squat - 41 High knees - 99 Push ups - 26 modified Squat jumps - 22 Tricep dips - 11 (down 1) Burpees - 11 Lunges - 21 (same) Elbow plank - 37 sec modified

So I did my fit test. Every single thing was less than the first test, but I could tell my form was so much better and I was actually doing the moves how they are supposed to be done. So I am calling it a win. I didn't do my measurements on day 1, I just did them today so I'll see next fit test how things are improving.
I started watching what I am eating yesterday. I have been eating out of control so all the working out in the world wasn't going to help.

I could not get the fit test into my crazy day today so tomorrow I'll double up. I'm irritated that I couldn't get it done today, tomorrow is going to be rough.
