In the spirit of full disclosure, I totally didn't pack my workout clothes. They're still in a pile on my dresser.
It wasn't at all intentional, but I don't have anything to wear to the gym. I'm going to toss the kids in the stroller and at least get a walk in this morning though. Whoops.

I didn't do BBM today but did a 3 mile run at the gym and ~5 min of abs. I'm counting it as a cardio day 😉

Slept in and didn't do day 12 when I planned, BUT just squeezed it in. Out of town so I used wine bottles for weights. Seemed appropriate size wine is the reason I need to workout.
Also went to yoga class today that was quite tough with my sore muscles and walked there and back for a total of 2 miles. I'm killing it on vacay. Which is good because I'm eating and drinking all the things.

Day 12 done. I actually love the goblet squats now. I love goblet squats. They feel much more natural to me than others.

Ok I think I am on the mend so I plan to jump back in tomorrow. Since I'm coming off an illness that's knocked me out pretty good, I'm just going to start on Day 13 and not worry about making up days.

Did Day 13 and H joined me which was fun. Then followed up with C25k week 4 day 1. Ran to the Central Park of Denver so that was super fun. H kept moaning that he's really out of shape so I think that means I kicked his butt. 😃
Now relaxing at the salon with some wine. Going be a good day.

Well I managed to trip and completely bite it while walking on the sidewalk at the campground yesterday. My knees, wrists, shoulders, and back are messed up. We are on our way home now. I don't think I will be able to work out tonight. I can barely walk and just sitting in the car is really painful.

My 3yo's new favorite stalling tactic is "I can't do that I'm exercising right now". And then he drops into a downward dog until I walk away.
I said that to him once yesterday. He's used it on me at least three times today.
