I did not want to workout today, knowing that it was Burpees and squat thrusts.
I finally did it at 615 and I did 9 Burpees - I was only able to do 5 modified in the fit test!
They can still fuck off.
So excited for a rest day tomorrow.

Day 13 done. I hate the squat thrusts even more than the damn burpees. But it's done, and I'm happy for a break tomorrow.

I took my rest day yesterday and did day 13 today. The cardio days really kicked my ass this week. I had to pep talk myself through the whole thing. Both really kicked mine this week. Hoping week 3 is stuff I like to do.

I took the weekend off and am back at it today. I will have to double up at some point this week, but I want to wait until it's not hot as balls in my house.

As expected, I took both weekend days off. We were still fairly active with walking and I fit in some stretching each day, so I don't feel too bad about it.
I really didn't want to get up at 5 AM today, but I did it and completed day 13.
I also weighed in over the weekend, and I finally am showing a loss again. Down 3 lbs. since last week, 11 lbs. total. Hoping that sticking to these daily workouts and not drinking during the week continues the downward trend.

I'm still pretty sore, especially my left knee and shoulder, but it's not unbearable like yesterday. I'm going to try day 11 tonight. I won't be doubling up yet to catch up, I will try to do that later in the week when I'm hopefully feeling a lot better. I'm glad it's a cardio day and not weights (never thought I'd say that!).

nochill that sounds awful! I'm so sorry you are going through that. Hopefully you can get some relief soon and won't need surgery

I basically took the week off besides Monday since I do my classes during the week. So today I may do day 13 and the fit test today since I'm not going to be able to do it Tuesday.
