Doc says some kind of bacterial infection, maybe strep. Antibiotics on the way. Looks like I'm taking today off too. ☹️ I'm sorry. Feel better!

I did three double days in a row...I do not recommend. But, I now won't feel guilty for missing any this weekend.
I'm going to try and get in a restorative yoga class at my mom's gym and we'll be walking a lot on Saturday/Sunday.

Thanks guys. I'm more frustrated than anything. I finally found this motivation and momentum I've been needing, and hit this setback so soon in the challenge. I think I'm feeling just stubborn enough not to let this derail me, though.

I woke up stuffy at like 4am and it's been getting worse all day. Around 6pm, it finally kicked in, I'm sick. I feel awful but I decided to do Day 10 even if i did it slowly and went through the motions. Surprisingly, I actually improved on some things. One thing that helps me is C1 loves doing the exercises with me. I actually bribe him with it, "if you clean up, you can work out with me." I guess he's been coming to the gym with me for so long that he thinks it's cool he finally gets to come to my workout. He sets up my weights and puts them back, it's really cute. Of course he loses interest 2 min in and jumps back in occasionally but he rides me about getting my workout in, so he's a pretty good gym buddy.
Squat press alternating kicks: 22 Around the worlds: 23 Teeter totter lunges: Right: 19 Left: 20 Bicep curl: 40 Goblet squats: 21 Tricep kickbacks: 32 V-sit crunches: 25

I have mild diastasis recti, so my tummy pooch is a big problem area for me. Does anyone have recommendations for videos or anything with specifics to help me there?

I'm using DH's adjustable Bowflex weights, so it gets pretty tough because of how bulky they are. I might need to get my own (smaller) set.

I'm sooooo sore today. But it feels good.
I do have a little fussiness in my lower hamstring. I think it's more from running but I'm not sure. I'm going to hold off on running again until Sunday or Monday.

Day 12 done.
I was tired when I got up, but the workout felt really good. I skipped cold down and went outside for some sprint intervals and did my own cool down when I got home. Ready to conquer this Friday!
I plan on rounding out day 13 on Monday unless the opportunity arises this weekend.

This was the first morning I just couldn't bring myself to get out of bed. I probably would have forced myself to, but I knew I'd have an opportunity to do Day 11 tonight after DD goes to sleep. Cementing it on the internet tho so I don't make an excuse to skip later.

I got up early and did Day 10. I was going to double up but decided to keep going with strength training. So I did 2 circuits of a Jillian Michaels DVD. I'll do Day 11 tomorrow in addition to running at the gym and rest day Sunday!

I woke up to CD1 and really did not want to fucking work out. But Day 11 is complete.
I'm hurting from those v crunches yesterday. They really kicked my ass. One more day until rest day!

Make it work for you! I put my hands down on ether side of my hips as a modification. It's the modification in one of JM's ab DVDs so I figure it's fine.
