Week 2 starts tomorrow, Tuesday 9/12. Just making this thread for people who want to read ahead and/or work out in the ungodly morning hours tomorrow. Workout Guide for Week 2: s3.amazonaws.com/thinkific-import/47712/Guide_BBM5_Week2-1493940607118.pdfIf you haven't looked at the workout guides yet, they're helpful pictures and descriptions of all the week's moves so you can work on doing them correctly. She also lists out the week's plan, so I know tomorrow will be a strength day! Here's the Youtube link for Day 8:

I only got through two moves of day 6 yesterday, because my kids are the worst. So I took yesterday as a rest day and will do it again today when SO gets home.

I'm going to do Day 8 today since I slacked over the weekend. I'm ready to get back into it.

So I went for a run last night on the treadmill at 8pm and was dripping in sweat AT AN UNNATURAL HOUR AFTER EATING CHILI. I blame you, brux, and this BBM thing. I didn't even do the bbm part because I was dying from chili sweats.

It was hard, and sweaty, and I dropped my phone 3 times on the treadmill.

Thanks for the tag.
I plan on starting week 2 tomorrow morning and took today as a "rest day" from BBM (and went for a run instead).
As expected, getting these workouts in over the weekend proved to be a challenge, so I think I might double up a couple days with strength and cardio so I can stay on track and not stress about the weekend.

I think I'll be doing this too. I'm solo with the kids all weekend and they really don't like to cooperate.

Thanks for the tag! I woke up with a sore throat so today is probably a good day for a rest day.

I'm enjoying a much needed rest day from this and C25k today and will be back at it tomorrow.
I leave for a trip on Friday so I will be doing Sat and Sun OOT. Should be interesting but I'm up for the challenge.

DD loves doing them with me too. Same. I find them really sustainable and I noticed a big difference the last time I did them. My arms and shoulders toned up really quickly and my booty wasn't far behind. If I could get my diet under control, I'd be unstoppable.

I'm here, a few days behind. I accidentally did Day 3 again instead of Day 5.
Can I still count it?

I'm curious about her meal plan. Has anyone tried it? Idk that I would follow it 100%, but are there good easy recipes I could add to my arsenal? Is it worth it?

The weekly guides actually have a copy of a weekly menu in there. But only one recipe, you'd have to pay for all the recipes, I assume. The week 1 guide has the Week 21 menu and a recipe for maple glazed salmon. The Week 2 guide has a Week 22 menu and a recipe for Chinese BBQ pork. Looking at the weekly menu, it's too much variation for me to accomplish. Don't get me wrong, I like eating different things every day, but I can't feasibly make a new breakfast and dinner each day. She usually plans for leftovers for lunch. She does offer up substitutions like "4 oz protein and 2 oz carb" if you're needing to skip one of the recipes.

I was so excited that today is a rest day because I was supposed to work last night and again tonight. I figured I'd be way too tired to deal with working out today.
Then I got put on call all night last night and actually slept. Since I'm not a zombie, I'm going to do a run, just to stay active today.

I will take a look. I want to do some more strength training at home since I do mostly cardio at the gym with my classes.
