I folded clothes yesterday. And rescheduled my OTF from today to tomorrow because sick kid. So I'm a mess and not happy and have a huge conference call that goes through lunch and I forgot all my snacks. I need a kick in the ass or a hug or something. can you run out to a Whole Foods or something quick now to get some snacks?

What did you think of them? I like them. And there's like 30 different videos. Probable more actually. She has one video for each week of each challenge. And you're supposed to do it 3-4 times a week. Then move on to the next one. But she also has some that target certain things. Totally worth the 4.99 a month to me. And there's no warm up or cool down. 50 seconds of work out, 10 seconds rest for 5 moves. So 5 minutes total. I do it after my last workout before the cool down. This sounds good. I need to buy her program.

I just basically did the V but with my feet on the ground? It was awful. And of course my 4 year old was sitting there "mommy, you're supposed to have your feet up!"

Day 8 done. I liked it. The teeter tooters were hard for me because my balance was bad so early in the morning. Also, I had to just hold the V sit move after 30 seconds. Excited to see how the week progresses.

I find myself stopping for a break sometimes when she does and I think I can keep pushing. I think I need to start keeping track of my reps as more incentive to keep going.

I need to tap into that mindset instead of seeing it as "permission" to take a break.

No wedding, but weekend inside workouts don't work well for me. If I am going to be active, I want to be outside. Plus, I hate doing the BBM workouts with anyone around.

Ok. I did 8/9 today and now I'm Jello. I'm going to do stack days this week and then have Sat/Sun off for a wedding. I am doing the same. No wedding, but weekend inside workouts don't work well for me. If I am going to be active, I want to be outside. Plus, I hate doing the BBM workouts with anyone around. I've been using them as "booster" workouts to weekend walks/hikes. I'm solo with both kids all weekend though, so I have to plan for when the little is sleeping at least. DD will critique me, but will at least stay out of my way for 20 minutes. DS on the other hand got booty bounced the last time I did it while he was awake.

I cannot find my weights anywhere so I guess I need to pick up a new pair. I've been improvising, tonight I used two unopened jugs of Persil beads and my 20lb baby. My 3 yo worked out with me tonight too. Family affair!

I took my rest day on Sunday. Then I was so sick yesterday, I didn't do this or get anywhere near my 10k steps. I was feeling really bummed. Even though I am still sick, I did day 6 earlier and will be doing day 8 in a little bit. I'm glad to read everyone seemed to like it.

Day 8 is done! I was so ready to move after a very lazy rest day yesterday.
I also cheated like she did and weighed myself yesterday. I'm down 2 lbs since last week! I'm pleased.
