Hi. Am I the only one here? Imma just keep talking to myself.
I stayed up way too late watching the Bills get their asses beat then took sleep meds to put me out, so barely got up this morning. It was a struggle.
I did Hannah's Black Eyed Peas run and a 10 minute arms and shoulders with Rad. I meant to stretch when I came up, but that didn't happen, because children waking happened instead. No yoga tonight, DD2 has dance until damn near 8pm, so that's it for me today.

I’m here cnf! I took the weekend off because Wilpers wasn’t doing his usually long Saturday ride since he was in Berlin running a 2:41:12 marathon! 30 minute ride and PT today.

I did some scraping along my trap and neck this weekend and oops, little too much pressure. I look like I had WAY more fun than I really had this weekend.

I had a 10k race yesterday, it went pretty well. It’s been a stressful month and I knew going in that it wouldn’t be a PR or anything. Plus a steep hill on km 2 and 6. My long term goal is to break 50minutes in a 10k, my PR is 51 and I finished yesterday in 54. We also did a 1.5km family run and the kids did awesome! I was really impressed with the 6 year olds doing a 5:30km. So fast!

Active weekend for me! I ran 12 miles on Saturday and on Sunday went on a 10 mile hike in the Mt. Hood area. Definitely took advantage of my apartment's hot tub when I got back yesterday! My legs feel pretty good today. Portland Half is on Sunday so just some easy runs and upper body scheduled this week!

Started week 3 of Stronger You. I guess it’s a 4 week program? I don’t know why I thought it was 6. But I do actually feel a difference already. Maybe I will repeat it once I finish.
30 min upper body and 5 min stretch

I am trucking along, sticking with my 60 min incline treadmill walks. Everyone in my house is off today except me, so I did it this morning before anyone else woke up. H dropped the kids off at his parents for a bit, so I think I am going to have a nap.

My 10k PR is 51:02 and I would LOVE to break 50 minutes, but that PR is from 2018 and I'm a long ways off from that speed these days. Maybe after my half I'll focus on 10k timing and find a spring race. Thanks for the inspiration!
