What's a good celebration for reaching goals that isn't food/drink?
MH wants to make smaller goals and celebrate somehow to keep himself motivated, but doesn't want it to be a brewery outing or dessert type thing. He already bought himself a new pair of smaller jeans 👖 after losing 15lbs , so he's trying to think of something for his next benchmark.
Thoughts?

New work out shoes/ clothing Massage New game on the oculus Kitchen tools or containers to help with meal prep eating better

For me it would be clothing for working out, new equipment, pedicure, massage.
I finally broke down and ordered new capri workout pants. Some of mine are 8+ years old. And 2 of my new ones I hate.

But new workout shoes are a good one too. They will still fit if he loses another 15.

Something I want but usually say I don’t need it.

I did yoga this morning, then 40 minutes on the bike, 10 whole miles! Woohoo!!

I just want to say. Everyone this month has done some And if you don’t feel like you did, Tomorrow is another day, But remember taking care of you is also important part of kicking ass. So ladies, let’s keep up the positive attitude and kick some more ass.

I nnnneeeeeeed to bike today. Same, I was going to bike at 6:30am. You can guess my pillow won that battle. Also really stiff from yoga last night, so I may do a slow ride this afternoon and stretch more.

I think I need too add on more leg workouts on top of what I'm doing. I've only missed 2 days in the last 2 weeks, and my legs are sore, but there is no visible change in muscle tone. My quads and booty need some definition, pronto!

I walked 2.5 miles at work today. But my hip/butt/hamstring are hurting really badly. I’m hoping I’m just out of alignment from the travel and sleeping in different beds.

I'm hitting the gym for the first time in over two weeks. I was out because of a SIRVA, and I'm finally feeling a little better. I feel so out of shape, which sucks, but even more so I need to be at the gym for my own mental health.

Zumba and body pump today. I babied my lower body so I don’t aggravate my hip/butt/hamstring injury/pulled muscle/whatever.
