Yoga yesterday. Still working on my balance. Today I want to row, not sure if I’ll do something more. Did not row yesterday. Tuesdays are hard when I have to run kids back and forth. I have yoga and restorative booked tonight. And then sculpt booked tomorrow evening. I’m still debating the intro to yoga on Saturday to help with my form. I’m just not sure how hands on she will be.

Did the hamilton ride today. My foot is rubbing weird in my bike shoe and it’s been hurting out of the shoe. Didn’t realize that’s what it was til I rode today. Annoying.

Just did my first peloton yoga class. And it was good! It was an intermediate class. I can’t quite do forearm stand again yet. But I really want to keep working towards it.

I did an hour on the bike, 10 minutes of that were arms. I did the hamilton ride again, because I love it so much. And then a 20 minute kendall ride. I tweaked something in my upper back though so that is feeling a bit uncomfortable right now.

Just did my first peloton yoga class. And it was good! It was an intermediate class. I can’t quite do forearm stand again yet. But I really want to keep working towards it. Get it, girl! 💪💪

Hurt when i biked, also hurts if i walk around the house in bare/sock feet. argh.

Also I like to use those icy hot patches with lidocaine on my foot when my bone spur/cyst thing act up and it seems to really help.

Either from biking or from snowboarding which was the first time I felt it. But that was a while ago. But maybe I stressed it out snowboarding and it didn’t appreciate biking after. Going to try and just do body weight strength today. Boring.

I did a live zoom barre class this morning with work friends. It was lots of fun but now I can’t walk.

I did an hour on the bike. I'm finding that I do best if I do a 30 minute ride, a 10 minute arms and light weights, then another 15 or 20 minute ride plus a 5 minute cool down. It keeps me from getting bored and knocks out about 600 calories.
I can do a 45 or 60 minute ride but the music has to be perfect, that's what really does it for me. Maybe I should just play the Hamilton soundtrack and make up my own ride.

I did not work out yesterday, but this morning did 40 minutes of med-high intensity workouts. We had to order a new scale because ours seems to be acting up. It's supposed to measure body fat %, and this morning it said I was at 5% (ha!) and that MH was at 40% (not even close to what he was averaging). Hopefully the new one comes in soon

Ok I haven’t done great this weekend. But I just did an advanced beginner 30 minute ride and got up out of the saddle for the first time. Mh said I looked like a real pelotoner. Although that also might have been bc I thought I was going to die so I ripped off my shirt and was biking in leggings and a sports bra.
We also did a 2 mile family walk.

I got out for a mile walk with the youngest pup today. Cold but doable. This weather is really killing my dog-walking game. MH took the older pup out for a 3 mile beach hike today, he is more tolerant than me.
When is spring?!?!

40 min of Medium Intensity flow 💢 and boxing 🥊 this morning. And I worked/played with the dog for 20 min at the bus stop park.

Just went for a long walk w/Z - maybe an hour, including hills. Tho 20 mins were in a field so she could run with other doggos.
I've failed at biking.

Foot is sort of the same. I did take some ibuprofen a few times and tried wrapping it but it doesn't fit in my boots then.
Just did a 30 minute bike bootcamp, biking sorta half assed, and it didn't hurt. So i'll go drug and ice and elevate and hope if i come back in slow I can do it. I didn't come out of the saddle or anything either.
I of course went skiing this weekend which probably didn't help. But only the baby slopes and only for like an hour.
I'm unable to rest completely.

I tried on my swimsuit today and didn't hate how I looked in it. Still would prefer to tighten up my glutes a bit, but overall I didn't feel uncomfortable in it.
The Oculus and Supernatural App have seriously changed our workout game. I was skeptical of S getting the Oculus for the family Xmas gift, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's prob been the the best thing for our health in a long time.

Zumba and body pump today. I didn’t technically work out yesterday, but I had over 10,000 steps before I left work, and 20 flights of stairs. Mh is FINALLY getting back on the fitness wagon with me. His bp is up and I can’t have him dying on me. It’s so much easier to do it together than alone.
