Starting this early for those who want to write goals or just want to start fresh now (no need to wait). Tell me as little or as much as you want, but get up and move, dance, walk, bike, stretch.

Row 4k, bike 10 minutes, yoga tonight.
I desperately need to work on stretching and flexibility.
My plan is a yoga membership, my husband gets a free Peloton membership from work so I will use for the bike, weights and addition stretching.

In alignment with my money-saving goal for 2022, I cancelled the monthly workout program subscription. I really enjoyed the workouts, but I don’t think it was a necessary expense.
I’m going to focus on using my treadmill in 30 minute increments for now.

I signed up for a 200 mile cycle challenge fundraiser for St. Jude for January. I should be able to easily meet that Mileage.

I've been trying to walk 4-5 miles per day, and want to keep that up in 2022. Thank you to my dogs for this motivation, lol. The oldest and youngest ones can't walk much so the bulk of that mileage is with Fergus and pushing M in the double stroller. My goal is to be able to walk both big dogs while pushing her.
My peloton rides went way down this past month because it's just been so busy but I want to get back to riding it every other day after the holidays.

I biked 86 miles in Dec, my best month yet.
Need to keep that up in Jan!

Ok, we are kicking a** in the Rugger household. We have both gained weight over the last month or so, and S found this app for the Oculus (VR) called Supernatural. Holy crap, it's so fun and so sweaty! We're doing a 7 day full body program, with some random ones sprinkled in if we feel extra motivated. I'm so sore, but all the workouts are set to music and have cool scenery. I'm stoked to continue

It’s just the first day that’s I have available. And my goal was 4 days a week. And I’ll be worn out after work tomorrow bc I’ve been gone for 2 weeks. And same Thursday. Then I plan to head back home to check on my dad and help my mom and now I can’t make 4 days a week. It’s so hard to balance your own needs when you are trying to care for others too.

Ok, did a 20 min bike and PRd and then stupidly tried to do 10 min abs and had to stop because my abs are so weak.
Now the focus is to make a healthier eating plan over here.
Weighed myself too. I'd be happy to just lose 5.

J and I joined WW yesterday. I hate tracking, but I need to do something, and I know it works. So now I’m working on upping my step count. I walked around the hospital after lunch today (3 different buildings). Will try to keep that up, and also walk the puppy more. I really need to find my old fitness tracker so I don’t have to carry my phone everywhere I go.

12 miles on the bike last night.

I used some of my awards from work to get a better mat and a travel strap. I’m very excited.

I discovered that there is a Hamilton peloton ride so I am very excited to do that next time. Kendall is my overall favorite because her song choices are A+ and she kicks my butt. stringy I do feel like Cody has the easiest workouts of all the instructors I have tried, which is needed sometimes! I enjoyed his Disney ride though and have done it twice, because I am a dork.

I went too hard too fast after my surgery and I'm paying the price now. I'm taking a few more days off before getting back into a lighter routine this weekend.

1 hour yoga last night.
1 hour restorative
It was a new restorative class. I’ve had her for Hot yoga and she’s a lot of fun. Last night she came right out and stated yoga does not detox your body, that’s what your liver does. 😆
