Haha! I don't know how it's September already but I figured out my goals last night! September Goals Run 100 miles Continue the new running streak (I'm already on day 5 and I want to run at least 100 days before stopping) Drink more water. Lose a pound (small attainable goals) Schedule all required doctor appointments (getting old sucks.) September is review month for me at work; so my goal is to have a great review.
Today I completed Chase's 20 min punk run. I forget who said it was great but you were right! Although I wouldn't call most of those songs "punk" but whatever...lol I then followed it up with a playlist i put together last night for a 20 min recovery run. Let me tell you that playlist was the shit. It was 6 throwback songs for me that I loved!

ok. so i need opinions. over the weekend ran into a lady that i hadn't seen in months due to the pandemic. she commented on how much weight i have lost. Well, first I learned that I need to learn how to just accept compliments. But secondly, I haven't lost weight. I mean I've lost about 2 pounds in 6 months. AND i don't feel like my measurements have changed. So i got to thinking. Is there a difference I can't see? So PDQ but below. Left end of July and right is yesterday. Can you all see a difference?? I can't...

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone!!!! I have been letting myself out of my self imposed screen time ban a little more everyday. Kids are back in school and I am back to my normal work routine thankthelord. I've been keeping up with you all, and you're still all crushing it. And in a pandemic no less! I'm still loving spin, bodypump and peloton workouts. Still at 5/6 days a week. Still keeping eating in check for the most part! RunsforWineandCarbs, I see it! I also have had a hard time with weight loss comments. I am at 103ish lbs lost, and even though it's been awhile. I still get comments daily. I got some on the back to school pics I posted with the kids. It is nice to get a compliment, but I can admit it reallllly fucks with your head. Eating is all planned out today, but I am most excited about the pumpkin spice premier protein I got my hands on. LOL.

Thank you ladies! I guess I just needed more opinions! donnameagle , welcome back! I was just thinking about you during my run and wondered if you are still killing the long runs! Glad to hear you are doing good! Not killing the long runs at all - but you are!!
I am running for fun now a few times a week, as all of my races and tri's are cancelled. I have been getting heavy into spin (a class called sprint in particular) which is high intensity cycle training. And I am really working on weigh lifting. Just keeping it interesting so as not to get bored.

RunsforWineandCarbs , you can definitely see a difference. Sometimes its not the numbers but the results. You’ve become more fit and moved out fat for muscle. Looking good! , Can’t believe it is September already. I really feel like i have gotten back into such a great routine in August so I’m planning on continuing. Goals are to lose next 5 lbs. Continue working out minimum 6 days a week and incorporating more strength training. August was primarily spin but now I want to mix it up

Hi! I'm here for good this time. I've been battling with my mental health a lot over the last few months and it's tough to jump in among all of you inspiring women when the thread is 114 pages long. Especially when I didn't have a lot to contribute.
But now?! Omg I am obsessed with spinning. I got on my Peloton bike for the first time on Aug. 12 and yesterday was ride number 11. Eleven rides in 20 days. I never thought I could or would want to do something like that. My goal is 15+ rides in September.
The scale hasn't budged in that time and I have a lot of baby weight to lose so another of my September goals is to get back into tracking my food and water intake. I'm breastfeeding so I can't cut too many calories but I can make healthier choices for certain.

RunsforWineandCarbs, I see a difference! You look great I’m both, but you look slimmer. My goals this month are to do more outdoor runs before the weather starts to turn. On Friday we ran while the kids biked and last night I too my dog on a run. After 16 weeks of peloton running, my fitness level has finally reached the point where running outside feels enjoyable again. I’d like to lose about 5 pounds before my birthday in October, so I’m going to try cutting out alcohol for the month to see if that helps me reach my goal a little faster.

Hiii. Mind if I go here? I’m an N13er who’s been lurking here a bit. Covid got me in an awesome routine for exercise but I’ve been losing my motivation the last couple of weeks. I’ve done 3 rounds of liift4, (currently on my last week of round 3) and a round of 21day fix extreme since the beginning of the year. I’ve seen some nice results but have definitely hit a plateau. I’ve started mixing in some peloton runs to switch it up and i want to get outside more before it gets cold and I’m stuck inside again.
My DS2 will be 1 next month and I really want to get to that next decade which is my goal range. I was literally an ounce away back in July and just can’t get past it. He’s still practically nursing like a newborn so I’m scared to see what will happen when we start to wean.
So my sept goals: - start tracking again and stick to it for the month (sweets are a major weakness) - cut back on drinking - more vegetables - less snacking - lose 2 lbs

August didn’t go so well for me. I am up .4lbs from my mid month weigh in, but I also had a bad month, so that’s ok. My September goals are to continue exercising and eating better. We are traveling this month, so if I can just maintain my weight, I will be happy!

I can’t believe it’s September. Except I can because August was 84 years long.
Same old same old this month, except hopefully a bit better. I’m trying to really crack down, while still staying sane, of course. I redid my macros on Macros, Inc, and it has me back to 130 G protein, which.... okay? I don’t know why it went down to 103 for a bit but it’s back to 130, which had been the consistent calculation for a while. But I’m happier with that because it kept the same amount of carbs and fat.
Today I plan to do a strength class or two after work.

September is my month. I am going to kill it. I slacked in July and August and I want to get back to it.
I joined this peloton Facebook group, Hardcore on the Floor, that creates a monthly calendar of suggested workouts, so I am going tondo the strength workouts on those five days a week.
I’m also going to run 100 miles this month and I will track my food and stay under my calories.
I got the month off to a great start with a three mile run and two strength workouts, both upper body. A ten minute Adrian class and 20 minute Marty class. My arms will be jello tomorrow!

I don't really have any goals this month other than don't gain and try to hit 100 miles, pretty standard for me. I would like to lose but my body seems to be resisting.

August was also a vacation mode month for me. I did 153 miles (I usually try to average 250).I am happy I made the most of summer though lol it doesn't last long. September goals: - 300 miles cycling - PZP challenge - 2 days of strength per week - Up protein and focus on building muscle RunsforWineandCarbs you look great!! I know I commented on instagram but something I keep noticing is your face seems bright and you look really, really happy.

I love deadlifts. I will do deadlifts all day, but fuck a lunge. Lol I am the opposite. I will lunge til the day is done but I haaaate deadlifts. I try so hard to do them right but I feel like I always fuck up my back. Even after physical therapy and people trying to show me how to make sure to do it right. My body just, like, can't for some reason. Bringing this over from the old thread to say this is exactly how I feel about lunges. Like my body resists

I looked back at my August goals, and I think I did pretty well - I said I was going to get up and do yoga 3x/week, and I haven't done early mornings, but I've been doing yoga about that often. I've added in an extra run during the week (some of those have been very short and slow with DD) and been keeping up on water.
I'd like to continue all of that, and make sure I'm eating a fruit or veggie with every meal. Some of my lunches are random stuff from the freezer on the last couple days before shopping, and it's not great. I did chop up a bunch of veggies for snacking last night, so I'm all set there!
I did a couple miles hiking this morning, and hope to find time for yoga and/or a walk today. Food is leftovers, which I'm looking forward to!

August went well for me considering that I've historically been sidelined with weather-induced migraines about this time of year. Hit 100 miles for both running and spin. I wasn't as consistent with stretching and foam rolling as I'd wanted to be.
September goals: Run 100 miles Cross train 3x/week Strength 3x/week Stretching pre/post
