Is anyone else experiencing strong cravings? Especially in the mornings, all I want is oranges and orange juice. It's probably the strongest craving I've ever had. I've read it could have something to do with magnesium levels, which is interesting.

Anyone else a stomach sleeper? I love sleeping on my stomach and I feel like my days are numbered. I can feel myself slowly angling. Usually I am. At 11 weeks I'm already not feeling it. Boobs don't like it and it just feels off. Same thing happened around this time last pregnancy too.

I'm super thirsty, all day, everyday. Does water count as a craving? And I'm really into all the carbs. Like that's all I want.

I leave to pick my mom up from the airport in like 1.5 hours! She’s coming with us to Kansas to watch the kids while we run a half marathon on Sunday. I’m super excited! She came in town last month but it was only for like 3 days and this time will be a little over a week! I really do miss having family nearby sometimes.

I could eat more, but I don’t want to ingest too much salt. It’s been pretty strong through the whole pregnancy!

The more you know and all that jazz

I am craving cheesecake frequently. I am also randomly craving lobster dipped in butter even though I am usually not a huge fan of lobster. Too expensive to indulge!

We drove around for miles because I desperately wanted to crab legs... in the middle of nowhere Maine. Which is known for lobster. Now I really want crab legs

How are your iron levels? Craving salt can mean you need more iron in your diet. The more you know and all that jazz I’m not sure what my levels are, but that’s a good point! I’ll try and pick up some iron supplements and see what that does!

My brain is annoying with these cravings, man. I guess we can suffer together.

2nd u/s today and everything was good. Looked good, heartbeat sounded good, everything good. I feel like I can finally let out a breath and start to enjoy this pregnancy.
There was a mixup about NIPT...thought it was getting done today for various reasons. Thought I scheduled it, but when I double checked as I was leaving I actually scheduled something else and the NIPT is still not scheduled. I'm so confused. Why does talking to a Dr (or insurance co) always feel like I'm speaking a different language from everyone else? Please talk to me like I'm very, very stupid so I can figure out what's going on.
Anyway, the dr office is across from our favorite donut place. MH met me at the appt because he never misses an u/s. When we got home, we discovered we both stopped at the donut shop to surprise the other one with donuts. We even picked out most of the same flavors. Now we have a LOT of donuts in the house.

So I thought I was insane but I've totally been feeling baby movement! I felt little pops but was thinking it was gas or muscle spasms but last night, I was laying very still on my side and pressed on my stomach and felt unmistakable movement. I don't think I've ever felt it that obviously this early on but it's so nice to have that reassurance, especially since I seem to have given my Doppler away (or it's somewhere in my attic and I'm not about to go digging through everything for it 😉)

I thought I was going crazy 🤦🏼♀️🙈

Omg randomosity and cmb, before I read your posts I was sitting there wondering if I was losing my mind because I occasionally feel what feels like early baby flutters based on what my other two felt like. But the RN at my last appointment said 15 weeks is the earliest. Although I swear I felt my last at 14 weeks. Still not sure but I feel less crazy, and it was moving around like crazy at the ultrasound yesterday.

I know baby movement by now and I've been feeling it at 13 weeks, no doubt. I'm sure so much depends on how the baby is positioned and all of that!

She said STM+ notice it a few weeks early than FTMs

I thought I was feeling movement a couple weeks ago when I was 12/13 weeks but I haven't felt much since. I also found out that I have an anterior placenta so who knows.

When they're so little, it's so hard to tell between little pops and digestion/gas/etc!
