I scrapped my meal plan idea today and will be making pickle pizza because once I see something that I can’t get out of my head I need to capitalize on it.  I’m hoping mine looks this good! |

Oh shoot wedding - I hope it something that passes quickly!! That sucks slenle ! It's so hard to get stuff done when you have a headache! I had one all night two nights ago and could NOT sleep. Damn tgrimes .. this just isn't right!!! wineallthetime I saw something about a nursing strike pop up somewhere... what is it all about? flamingo I always liked Mr. Rogers growing up. I remember particularly liking the train that went to the puppet land. It teaches such good lessons too! OHHH so exciting tallb !!! Hopefully it comes out pretty clear and you guys get this house!!! That is always so nerve wracking waiting! There's a variety of issues. One of the main ones is patient/nurse ratio. We actually have one of the best ratio's in the country, but they're hoping by making it better it'll make others increase their ratio? I don't know, I don't get it. Also, pay of course. |

I have plans to see cat and Nat with some girlfriends tonight, I'm excited! Its near me and these friends NEVER come this way, so this is a treat. Granted I am literally sinking in schoolwork and house stuff and work, but oh well! What does one wear to a mom's night out comedy show? 🤔

Morning.
This morning B woke up crying that his neck was hurting, so MH gave him Tylenol-DO NOT ask me why he didnt give ADVIL-and gave him the heating pad, I checked everywhere and I Dr Mom determined that it was just a localized kink from sleeping weird. I get J up and of course since she has become obsessed with books she runs around the house holding one yelling 'MAMA READ MARCHING' over and over and over, of course it's not good enough that I break out into "the Ants go Marching one by one Hurrah! Hurrah!' I NEED to read the book, at the same time as B yelling out semi-dramatic "OOOOWWWWIIIIEEEEEE'. All the while MH is pacing around the house like a lost dog not having any direction and coming up blanks for ideas on how to handle this scenario.
B was determined that he go to school, so I drop off J and take B right to class, talk to the teacher. All is good. Head to the bus station and of course my bus is leaving just as I pull in. And did you know that my bus came every 30 minutes at that time of the morning, NO? ME NEITHER.
so it's 11.16am and I feel like I've lived 84 years already today.
I swear, I should wear a Go Pro and document my day as a form of birth control PSA. Seriously.

Happy Friday!
About an hour after putting the kids to bed, we heard a thump. It was loud enough to flip Chase's monitor on and it clearly wasn't him. I decided to investigate and I could hear Colin crying from the hallway. I found him standing next to his bed, crying and angry, just totally disoriented. He kept repeating something about wanting to watch more... But he never completed the thought, just kept repeating it. I lead him to his bed and realized he was soaked and warm, so I gave him some Tylenol and dry PJs, then let him sleep. I checked on him a few times overnight and he seemed fine and he was completely normal this morning. He's been fighting off a bit of a head cold and he's recently been dealing with growing pains here and there, but there didn't seem to be anything WRONG so we sent him to school. I haven't gotten a call or anything but I'm feeling really uncomfortable about it. And not thrilled that THIS is the weekend we're heading to NYC (midday tomorrow until Sunday) and leaving the boys with my ILs. I'd rather spend the weekend cuddling Colin even though I know he wouldn't allow for it.
Anyhow in other news, Chase and his friends are so obsessed with hugging and kissing each other goodbye right now. Which is especially adorable because their aim is TERRIBLE. So much air kissing, nose kissing, etc. I just love them so much.

Hi ladies just popping in for a sec, crazy day at work.
My Grandma died last night. My poor cousin that found his mom dead less than 2 weeks ago also found my grandma. I feel so bad for him. My mom is really struggling. Please keep her in your T's and P's for me. I don't know how she's going to handle this.

sands42 I think it's a great idea. My cousin just started her own permanent makeup business in OKC and is doing really well with it. She's planning to add eyelashes soon. I think there is definitely a market for busy women that want to feel their best with minimal effort.
