I'm calling to cancel our cleaning service today. I feel like since I started using one, I've had to transfer money from savings regularly, and it's an easy thing to cut out. I just printed cleaning checklists for each room to help me stay focused and organized.
I also feel like for what I was paying them, they should be doing more than they were. Maybe at some point, I'll see if I can't find someone cheaper, but for now, I'm going to try to handle it myself.
God help us all.

End of fiscal is killing me. I’m getting overtime everyday and we were suppose to stop doing orders last week but my bosses keep asking me todo 1 more. They are also doing construction on the break room next door and so I have to deal with construction noises while on calls. I wish i could have a drink at work.
But it’s breakfast burrito Friday so at least I get that.

But it’s breakfast burrito Friday so at least I get that. Our landlord is getting a new roof or air conditioner units (not sure which, both loud) installed on our building. The other day, I had to make a call and it sounded like I was continuiously farting. I apologized and explained to the guy on the phone, who was very professional. At one point though, he started laughing and apologized, saying the sound was too funny not to laugh. I told him next time I call him, I won't have as bad of gas. |

tgrimes I feel like he is holding back on giving you all the information. Keep the allergist/immunologist appt and start the testing that that will entail. I don't like the "wait and see", especially since you have done that and what you're seeing is chronic ear draining/infections. You are past the wait and see time on this.

Is today the inspection, tallb? Good luck, if so! it was supposed to be, but the sellers agent wants it rescheduled bc he went over and the AC was out last night, so they want to get that fixed prior to inspection. They suspect something minor, but guess we shall find out. It's starting to seem more real! We need to figure out insurance now, which we hadn't thought about at all. |

tgrimes WTAF??? lahdeedah all the wine for you this weekend. wedding feel better! I hope it’s not strep! Morning all! TGIF! I just finished BBM and an ab workout and am drinking my coffee while C takes a cat nap. I’m going to run to the gym for a quick workout and then up to Marshall’s and Bath and Body Works for a new fall candle. My parents are suppose to arrive today so I’ll be sticking up on wine and beer.

Oh shoot wedding- I hope it something that passes quickly!! That sucks slenle! It's so hard to get stuff done when you have a headache! I had one all night two nights ago and could NOT sleep. Damn tgrimes.. this just isn't right!!! wineallthetime I saw something about a nursing strike pop up somewhere... what is it all about? flamingo I always liked Mr. Rogers growing up. I remember particularly liking the train that went to the puppet land. It teaches such good lessons too! OHHH so exciting tallb!!! Hopefully it comes out pretty clear and you guys get this house!!! That is always so nerve wracking waiting! |

slenle Have you taken anything for it? Is it a headache or a migraine? I’ve been taking ibuprofen. Not a migraine, just a pestering headache. It’s a little better now after ibuprofen and coffee but still lingering. I think I’ll get out my TENS unit and try that for a bit. |

Okay y'all, so my new idea for working at home is to get my certification in eyelash extensions.... what do you guys think??? I qualify because I'm an RN. The course I'm looking into isn't very long and is 3k. I think there is a big market for it and I can do mobile and in my home service. I really actually thought about it because I want to get mine done and it's kind of expensive for how much maintenance it requires.

I sent H a text to let him know I cancelled the cleaning service and he was upset and asked why. Uh, dude, you're the one cussing about constantly transferring money, this save us quite a bit monthly. I told him I'd see where we are after a month of not using someone, while also trying to find someone else at a better cost. sands42 I definitely think there is a market for eyelash extensions, although it isn't something I would do. 3k is a lot to shell out upfront. Do you have a local FB group you could put feelers out in? Or even ask your friends on FB, who may be local, and see what they say? As a middle aged overweight woman, I'm probably not your ideal market. :-) |

sands42 I think it’s a great idea. Almost all my friends have their eyelashes done. I keep going back about doing it, but I just don’t want to deal with the upkeep so I’ll stick with strips for now. I would think theirs probably a good market.

Paging flamingo. So I really want to do some sort of home command area, but our house is so open I do t really have a space/book to put it in that wouldn’t be obnoxiously in your face. Do you think I could do it in the area if I did a really slim desk/table (no wider than the bookshelf already there) and then the calendar/white board/ all that stuff on the wall above it? Or would it be too crowded? The double doors go into the playroom.   |

Well, that's the thing mwhip I don't know a lot of people here yet. I'd have to market it for sure. I do think the advantage I would have if I was mobile or in home is that it can be kid friendly (for the most part). You can bring your kid to my house or I just come to you. xolastunicornxo I have been wanting to to it but haven't pulled the trigger because it's pricey and you have to do it fairly frequently. I would LOVE to talk to someone who does it but I don't know anyone. |

I took Sierra back to the dr today because she isn’t getting any better after 8 days on antibiotics. They gave her 2 new antibiotics to take and are sending her for a follow up X-ray. Part of the problem is that she can’t clear her secretions on her own well. So hopefully these antibiotics will help.
Also, what kind of idiot gives their kid Milk of Magnesia because of constipation and then leaves the house without diapers...🙋♀️ this idiot right here 🤦🏼♀️. So I had to stop and buy some while I was out. Thankfully no poop happened yet. But then as soon as I left the store she hacked up a large amount of mucus all down the front of her and I also had no spare clothes. So I turned back and went back to the store to buy her a shirt and pants because we hadn’t even made it to the dr.

Morning! My H took B to school again 🙌🏻 We watched the Mr Rogers documentary last night so I pulled up some of the episodes on YouTube this morning. Such a soft and lovely show. I kind of wondered if B would find it ‘boring’ compared to the more action-oriented shows he normally likes, but he seemed to enjoy it! Just housework on the agenda today, and then we’re meeting friends for Mexican tonight. Isn't it great?! The Google doodle is about him today. J really liked the show too, he has such a way with kids. |
