The moves are too confusing and I am not coordinated.
I am also so so sore. My hamstrings are on fire.

I get scared when I see some of the 7.0 exercises you guys post about 😂.
6.0 day 26 done for me. She rushed the cool down and ended a full 2 minutes early. I think Arwyn may have woken up though, so fair enough. Luckily my own kid slept until I was done today and I didn't have to deal with toddler commentary.
It looks like she'll have guests tomorrow. JTTW.

I started the day 32 video on FB thinking it was lower body, but when she mentioned it being a repeat, I just went back to day 29. Upper body workout done. I also added 75 kettlebell swings (15lbs) and a 2 mile run.
Glad the work week is almost over. Looking forward to a chill weekend, but determined to get a short active rest workout in each day to ensure I make all movement goals on my Apple watch.

Day 26 done. She was talking about how her husband was “hunting” her from behind the camera while she was doing lunges. She’s way more irritating this challenge.

I did day 31 cardio. I didn't like it but it felt like a good workout at least. Tomorrow im planning to double up on upper and lower body strength.

Slept through my alarm this morning, so I had to do the workout after work. I ran through day 31 twice and then did abs. I plan to double up 32 & 33 in the morning.

Days 32 and 33 done. I started doing squat thrusts the way she has in past challenges and then she was all, "it doesn't count if you don't get your hands up!" 😩 Then I toppled over backwards after six correct ones. And again after the tenth one.
MH and I have a date night tonight but I'm going to try to keep the indulging to a reasonable level.

I just did day 32. Beat almost all of my scores because I knew what to expect.
Can I brag on an NSV?
MH finally was inspired by my commitment to eating better and working out. He went upstairs and exercised while I was working out just now. 3 days in a row for him, which is huge. I'm proud of both of us, although I will probably be hella mad at him in a month because the weight will just fall off him while I'm still killing myself to lose a pound.

I did day 31 and 32 this morning. My legs were on FIRE during the second cardio interval. Whew.
@nellybluth, I wish my husband would get inspired. He says at least once a week he is going to start exercising and never does.
