This phase we break out upper & lower body strength sessions, and looks like cardio is a new format too- super sets I think they're called?

I just did day 29 + abs. I struggled because I've got a little wrist injury flare-up. I can lift weights but I can't support my full body weight on them so I had to swap out 3 of the exercises. I like the ab moves for this week! I plan on skipping the fit test tomorrow and doing lower body instead. There are a couple moves I don't recognize so I might have to swap those out if I can't figure out how to do them.

I'm just starting week 4 of 6.0. My phone turned itself off this morning (meaning, I accidentally turned it off after checking the time), so I overslept by an hour and missed my morning workout. I just did day 22 and will do day 23 in like 9 hours lol.
She did these things called pike pushups. Basically a push up with your feet on a chair. I subbed in regular push ups, cause DNW to break my face or my chair. I told H and he asked "does she think you're Rocky??" Haha.

I had barre tonight. I got there a little later than usual and got stuck with a spot in the front 😒
Week 5 starts for me tomorrow.

I just did Day 29. I felt a lot more challenged than I have in a while for strength. So I am excited about that... something to work towards!

Day 29 + abs done.
We have a room in our backyard and it is basically our exercise room + outdoor toy storage. H was on the treadmill while I was BBM’ing. He tried to take his sweatshirt off while running and flew off the treadmill. He hit the wall and the Melissa and Doug easel. Well, rip easel. I was done on the floor doing the bridge fly move when I just heard the biggest crash. He seems ok, but I’m not sure what aches await him tomorrow. What a morning.

Day 29 DONE. It felt good to have the concentrated upper strength...and I liked really pushing myself with the longer time. I was getting a weird pain in my shoulder with the bridge fly move, so I swapped it out for bridge presses with heavier weights for the last 30-seconds. I also did 3 sets of 20 kettlebell swings and ran 2.5 miles. I am feeling great and have already reached both of my exercise/movement goals before 9 AM I have decided today is going to be an amazing day.

Oh! And I found out yesterday that the proposal I presented to our CEO last week has been accepted and we are going to make moves to implement my organizational changes which means what I consider to be a huge promotion for me in the coming weeks. Thanks everyone for the support last week!

Wooohooo trippyalien!!!! Congrats! @juliagulia add me to the list of giggling a little. I hope your H is OK! I am going out to dinner tonight and hoping that I have the motivation to work out when I get home. It's just pilates day so I should be able to pilates. Or at least that is what I am going to keep telling myself.

I didn't do BBM today. Instead, I went to bodypump. I went HARD and totally killed it. Tomorrow will be a rest day, so I will get back to start week 5 of BBM on Thursday. I may just do the fit test first before an actual work out.
I can't believe we are 1/3 of the way through!

Day 23 done. I keep saying I’m going to go hard one week and catch up to the rest of you, but. That’s not going to happen. So, here I sit, a week behind.
I’m excited to start phase 2 next week because I’m sick of these routines. I also had a super gluttonous weekend, so trying to get back on track re: diet.

I just saw on FB that she’s traveling this week her live is still following the days but there’s a disruption as far as posting times. More important for most of us - no uploading to YouTube until after this week. So you have to stream from FB. Days 32-24?

Diet betters and those who have done it before, how long is it before you know how much you get back? Last time I did one, it was a couple days after the end of the weigh out deadline. I would bet we'll hear by Friday if not sooner.

I did day 29 and abs today. I think I'm going to want cardio more than just two days a week. I need to decide if I'm going to double up the strength days one day to add a cardio day or just add some sort of short cardio on a strength day...

Fit test done. I had an anxiety episode today and had to take some meds so I felt a bit slower than usual. But I found my sheet from Day 1 and still improved in most categories.

I'm skipping the fit test day since I went to a workout class tonight. A good 45 min workout vs BBM counts, right? I'm not keeping track of reps anyway.
