I did 29 yesterday, but I'm going to have to double up tomorrow. I just couldn't face the fit challenge today, I'm so exhausted.

Well FML I'm 90% sure I just broke my foot by tripping over the cat. Two of my toes are crooked and two are really swollen. Yikes. Hope everything is okay.

I did the fit test today. Better on some things, worse on others...
Prisoner Squats: 31/34/34 Push-ups: 20(mod.)/25(mod.)/21 (2 real, rest mod.) Mountain climbers: 75/84/94 Alternating lunges: 14/16/14 Jump squats: 17/20/22 High knees: 64/73 (mod.)/77 (52 modified) Bridge triceps dips: 15/22/26 Plank up-downs: 10.5/11/10

I skipped yesterday because of my work schedule and life. And sleep. Fit test was kind of a mess today but it's done: Prisoner speed sq: +4 Push-ups: -1 Mtn Climb: +12 Lunges: +/- 0 Jump squats: +/- 0 High knees: +12 Bridge dips: +5 Up downs: +3 My plan is to do day 31 +abs tomorrow, 32&33 Saturday, and 34+ abs Sunday. Hoping putting that here will hold me accountable.

I like phase 2 so far. It’s kind of kicking my ass! My NSV is that I lost 3 inches in my measurements! Of course 1 inch was from my bust 😩
My husband commented last night as I was working out that it sounds like I’m watching a soft core porno from all the heavy breathing and the comments Brianna makes. I’m pretty sure I am going to giggle through every workout now.

@privacy I hate when she counts her own reps out loud. It is so distracting! or counts down how much time is left. It makes me lose count every time.

Did day 25 despite waking up late and it being CD1. I did skip the cool down though.
My DD's commentary this morning during big arm skips- "you skipping Mama? Like Skip to my lou??" Then she scolded me for not staying on my mat.

I woke up VERY sore this morning, but went ahead and did day 31. I don't have the workout, so I am not really digging the unedited live stream style of video this week. She was kind of a hot mess in this one. But I did it and it felt good to push through the pain. Followed it up with a little core work and a light 20-minute jog.
I also decided that I am going to really make an effort to dial in my eating this month. I am ready to see some noticeable results, dammit.

I had to make today a rest day because I had an early meeting that threw my schedule all off. My body hurts really badly from the leg workout yesterday that I did instead of the fit test.
And I am not liking what I'm hearing about this cardio format. 5 straight minutes!!!?!?! I'll die.

The x ray I took this morning showed maybe a bone chip. So I have an appointment at 10:30. Nooooooooooooooooo. How is it feeling? Probably a dumb question.

I need to start week 5 but I woke up nauseous and with a headache. I think I'm almost feeling like working out. I will start with the fit test. The good news is that I officially weighed in for the dietbet transformer and got my weight verified. I am a winner! The second month will be much harder, though.

I did the fit test and I'm pleasantly surprised. I increased everything either in number or by doing more unmodified moves.
Prisoner squats: 30/30/36 Push ups: 2 reg, 14 modified/4,16/8,12 Mountain climbers: 60/80/90 Lunges: 15/18/20 Jump squats: 15/18/28 High knees: 92/106/120 Dips: 23/25/33 Plank up downs: 4 reg, 8 mod/6,8/8,6

So sorry your broke yourself nochill. That sucks! I hope it heals fast for you. I did Day 19 of 21 Day Fix last night. It was so hard, but I finally felt myself improving. I have another hard workout today, then yoga tomorrow, then I am done! Trying to decide what to do next. I am considering 21 Day Fix extreme. I am not sure I am ready for something with extreme in the title, but at the same time I am feeling like I need to keep going with something that keeps pushing me to do better. I also may just repeat the 21 day fix again until I feel really awesome at it. I am still struggling!

I did day 32 & did 5.0 day 33 again, so upper and lower. She wasn't kidding, those L raises on your knees was extra tough.

It seems like on FB, she labeled day 32 as 31. Today is day 32, correct? I just want to make sure I know ahead of time for tomorrow. Day 30 was just the fit test, correct? So, day 29 upper body. 30 is fit test. 31 is cardio. So lower body was skipped due to the fit test, because today looks like upper body again, right? Sorry. I'm confused since I'm behind by a day or two lol. I wanted to make sure she didn't double up, because two things are labeled day 31... It looks like it was live today.
