I just saw on FB that she’s traveling this week her live is still following the days but there’s a disruption as far as posting times. More important for most of us - no uploading to YouTube until after this week. So you have to stream from FB. Days 32-24? Uggghhhh. I have not had success streaming from FB. Hmmm I wonder if it’s possible to download and then send to you

This email is coming your way to announce some schedule changes that are coming your way for the the remainder of the THIS week for the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 7.0 workouts. Some upcoming travel is going to impact our normal schedules but it WON'T impact us getting our workouts in! Check out the ADJUSTED schedule below: On Wednesday, January 31 The DAY 31workout will be released here on FB at approximately 4am PST. 6.0 day 24 done for me. I tried those stupid feet in a chair push up things and I'm happy to report my face is not broken.

I did my own Day 30 today, which was actually day 33 from 5.0 (similar lower body routine), since I didn't want to do the fit test and she hadn't uploaded this week's lower body yet. It burned! I'm totally going to be sore tomorrow. This is what I did too. Thanks for figuring out which one to do and saving me some time! Yeah, hydrants. I’m gonna be hurting.

I feel like I've had a big NSVs with how my clothes are fitting. My "fit just right" pants are definitely getting too big, and my "a little too tight" pants are fitting well. I can see my stomach shrinking and changing shape too, which is where I hold most of my weight. H asked how much I've lost cause he can see my body changing too. The scale keeps jumping up and down a few lbs so its nice having other reminders of how well I'm doing.

I did the day 33 lower body workout from 5.0 this morning, plus abs. Week 3 abs are brutal. I am happy I only have to do it one more time before I can move on.

Day 30 done. I wish I’d streamed day 1 or 15 instead. There was a lot of background noise on this one and she kept saying her count and it threw me off. I was surprised i still got 20 push-ups in after yesterday.
I think in future weeks I may stream the fit test the first day of the week. I don’t think I got an accurate picture after doing Upper Body yesterday
This month I’ve lost 10lbs - 2” in my chest and waist (4 total) and 1.5” from my hips I ordered another size down box from thredUP yesterday hoping it’ll fit by month’s end (I lost a size already too.

Skipped the fit test this morning and did my own thing. 3 minute warm up, 100 kettlebell swings (4 sets of 25 with 20lbs) and then a sprint interval workout outside. I think I am going to be sore tomorrow.
I am kind of annoyed about her not uploading the videos to her site. I guess I am giving Facebook a whirl tomorrow.

I did the fit test this morning. I am not feeling well and it was really hard so I am glad I don't count things. I wish I was feeling better because Day 31 was already posted when I was ready this morning and I could have doubled-up and slept in tomorrow. Oh well.

My internet was wonky this morning so i used my phone. Did day 27 (23, because I was annoyed with them not being able to figure out the side by side video) and 29. I only have 5 and 10 lb weights so that was a big jump for me.
Did she mention we were going up in weights this week? I usually do the warm up for the cardio and skip the one for weights so she probably said something there and I just missed it, but it was a surprise for me!
I'm going to do the fit test and walk on the treadmill tomorrow.

I did the fit test today. My number for lunges stayed the same but I improved on everything else. My chest was sore af this morning.

I'm going to do upper & lower tomorrow then I'm going on vacation until next Wed so I've decided I'm just skipping the ones I miss and will jump back in next week, on schedule. We're going to Disney and there's no way I'll have time/space/energy to workout while I'm in a hotel room with my H and two little kids. The walking will be enough for me.

It is good to switch it up or your body gets used to doing the same format week after week. But yeah, it's tough not to have that rest every 20 sec!

I did a 5.0 leg workout today with 12lb weights. I’m not ready for 15s yet.
I’m still proud that I’ve been able to do these every day, even when I work early.

I haven’t looked at the cardio format, but it’s true that it’s good to shake it up.
The body gets used to moves and changing things will keep you from hitting a plateau.
