I feel like a jerk...I didn’t mean to be so harsh on Brianna. Was just trying to explain why it wasn’t working for me anymore. If it wasn’t for her and you all I don’t think I would be here, working out almost every day, and here is a very good place to be.
Day 17 of 21 day fix done. Was barre legs. My legs feel like they are about to fall off and my right calf is on fire. Just the right one for some reason.
One thing I miss greatly about my Brianna workouts is that they left me with enough energy to do elliptical workouts too. I lost a lot more weight when I was able to do both regularly. Hopefully I will get better with these and be able to do that again.

There are definitely things about her that bug me but overall, for where I am right now, it’s fine.

Yeah since week 1 I just repeat the first 2 videos of the week. I don’t want to deal with her kids / friends. How did everyone do on DietBet? I made my goal but I think I’m going to wait a few months before doing another. ETA I am seeing the dietbet was covered way to go everyone! Congrats! I think I’ll jump right into another, I want to keep my momentum going. Try a transformer. Only 3% that first month. And a bigger pay off in the end. I started one jan 1 at the same time. My weigh in for that is Thursday

She annoys the living shit out of me, but 20 minutes a Day is actually doable and I’ve seen results.
I just tune her out and listen to the buzzers.

I think we all agree she’s annoying;) If anyone else is looking for a good recovery day workout- I found Stronger month 1: refuel on YouTube. It’s 40 minutes very light cardio and lots of stretching. It also seems to be part of a longer free challenge. And it’s led by an Aussie man who is far less annoying than Briana...maybe a good next step in 60 days

I agree with most of your comments on Briana but she enjoys me just enough to just want to get it done. I tried a Jillian Michael video and shut it off before I was even warmed up. I can't take her. at all! I think you just have to find who works for you. If you're dreading turning it on and being "there" with her, then maybe find someone/something else.
I fell off of my catch up plan this weekend. But I was super proud of sticking with it all week. So I replanned and hope to catch up this week and start week 6 with you all.
