nochill that’s tough. If you approached him and kept the focus on you. Like “Xyz goals are important to me. I need you to no t bring home X food or abc” - rather than asking him to make changes with you ...would he be more open ? DH is very supportive when I tell him exactly what I need where if I quietly make changes he does similar derailing while trying to be nice.

I’m pretty sure I lost on the diet bet. I feel better and clothes are feeling looser but the pounds have not been coming off. You can all have my $ 😩 Good luck to everyone weighing in tomorrow and Tuesday!! I'm here too. It's ok, we're still awesome!

I ended up not fitting in a work out yesterday (should have just doubled up Friday) so took that as a rest day and just did 27. I did a few ab moves too because I'm bloated and feel gross.

I did day 24 strength twice today. I wanted to do some cardio but I didn't have it in me. But it was a good workout.

I did day 26 and 27 this morning to catch up (actually replayed day 23 in place of 27 because no thanks to another one of those irritating split screen disasters). I was dragging this morning due to a restless night, but I am really glad I made myself do it.
Does anyone know what the format of phase 2 is going to be?

I did not do the dietbet which is good because I would have lost. My weight has been consistently fluctuating about 3 lbs up and down this month (higher on weekends, lower during the week). I feel great though, and my workouts have been really tough.
I am in the last week (3rd week) of 21 day fix right now. I skipped cardio day Saturday and did a 2.5 mile run and got PRs on 1 mile and 2 mile according to strava so that was pretty awesome. The run felt amazing and was the easiest run I have ever had. It has to be because of all of the workouts. I did arms last night and have legs today. Leg day is by far my least favorite of all of the days.
So excited you are all finishing up phase 1! That's awesome!!! Not sure yet what my workout plan is going to be for next week. There is a 1 week beach body thing I might try, and after that I might just go into another round of 21 day fix. They have a new 80 day program that a friend is doing and she is dying and in way better shape than me so I will probably hold off on that for a bit.

This is part of the reason why I bailed on 7.0. It just feels like she just isn't taking things seriously enough for me anymore. I get that it's live and all but if I am only going to be working out for a short time I need that to be structured time. I get that there are glitches and such but I expect that to be worked out in the first week or so. It feels like this time around she is so focused on making money and the VIP stuff that she's kind of losing me. I guess I feel like if this is your full time job (and your husband's) you should be able to get a sitter for the hour or so a day that you are devoting to filming. I know that is very judgy of me, but she lost me along the way. 5.0 felt a lot more professional.

nochill if I were you I would skip the fit test and not worry about doubling up. Or instead of doubling up just push everything out a day. I did that during 5.0 all of the time because depending on the workouts I didn't handle doubling up very well at all. Finishing the program a couple of days later because you took a day off to me is better than doubling up if you are afraid of hurting yourself or over exerting yourself.

nochill skip the fit test and don't worry about it. I know that's easy for me to say, because #breezy. But fuck the fit test. I feel 0 guilt over not doing them because I know I am still exercising anyway. I'm still doing good for my body; I'm just doing it my way.

I think I'm going to do the cardio round twice today (so 4 times total) so that I have technically done all 6 days of week 4 (did strength twice yesterday). So I will be pretty much caught up.

OK, I've decided I'm going to do another double day from Week 4 tonight. I have tentative field days scheduled tomorrow and Wednesday, then I'm at a conference for 3 days, so this week might be kind of a mess. I'll do my best to keep up with Week 5 though.

I did my two rounds of the tabata cardio (so four sets total). It was intense, and 4 sets of burpees can fuck off.
But since I technically did the strength and cardio workouts 3x each, I am back on track!

I think with 7 she’s trying a lot of new things and sort of trying to please everyone. Some people get really invested in her life and want to see the kids grow. And she also shows “look I can work out even when I don’t have help “
The vip guest is like “here’s your reward for being a vip early on”. And I think supposed to be inspirational. In reality it’s a disaster of course.
I think she’s committed and going hard (and i imagine like some of us she’s going extra rounds off camera). She needs it to be successful for her business too afterall.
For some reason I feel obligated to watch the video on the right day but I turn it off after one viewing and do extra rounds on my own. I can only take her so much
