I did days 15 and 16 last night. 2 cardio workouts SUCKS. But I finished up with week 3 abs and felt great. Hopefully I can keep this up and start week 5 with you all next week. I hate feeling behind.

I woke up this morning and did day 22 and 23. I spent most of my strength workout talking myself in and out of doubling up, but I am glad I did. Now I am mostly caught up.
She angered me in the day 22 video when she put last week's strength workout up. I am glad it was just an error. Did not want to do plank up downs and push ups again.

Oh, I also has a question for anyone doing the VIP power move. What is the format? I know "5-minutes of burpees" or "5-minutes of lunges" have been mentioned, but is it all out the same move for 5 mins or in a tabata set up like the workouts?
Just trying to gauge if it is worth spending the money for the extra push or if I should just keep doing supplemental stuff on my own.

I did 22 before work this morning. I am so glad that my kids are occupied in the mornings now. It's not my favorite time of day to work out, but I do enjoy being done with it.

Day 23 done. I wanted to get it done this morning before work, but the toddler had other plans.
I must have ab muscles hiding somewhere because they all hurt today after all the plank moves from this week's ab series. My obliques are particularly angry and I'm not even sure why. I'm probably blocking out the move that caused it.

I just need to bitch somewhere that everyone else in my house had pizza for dinner and I ate honey-turmeric chicken and brussel sprouts. This is when I make Skinny Taste pizza chicken or diy a pita pizza. Good for you for making a healthy choice

I did day 24 + a couple other sets with 15lb weights. I actually managed to use the 15's for everything but the rainbow presses today. Feels good to be getting stronger. Finished off the workout with a 20-ish minute run and some stretching. I have a somewhat big and potentially career changing meeting today at 11 with our CEO, so I could tell I was pushing hard in an attempt to burn off some nervous energy.
