Day 24 done! Plus ab series plank extravaganza... @rocknroll, sorry you didn't have time yesterday. I hope you are able to get it all in today! Uh oh. What week is the plank extravaganza? I'm only on week 2 of abs. It's week 4. I didn't even watch them, I just saw the list of five exercises that all started with the word Plank and I exed right out of that.

Day 24 done, with heavier weights! My arms are going to lol off my body tomorrow since I actually used them today. Should be fun.

I did day 24 plus abs today. I don’t mind planks in general but I’m not a fan of the all plank ab series.

I skipped today and skied from 9:30-12.
I could feel the ducking lunges, but instead of being done after a half day, I could have kept going. I got 11K vertical feet, which is a pretty decent little half day.
I’m going to go early tomorrow and go until I’m fatigued, since the kids are going to be at daycare all day and I really have no other projects I want to do more.

I'm only on week 2 of abs. All 5 moves use plank position (hip dips, shoulder taps, knee -ins, leg lifts, crossovers). It's...not pleasant, but it's definitely working my core. I kinda like it better than her other ab stuff so far, in a gluttton for punishment sort of way.

I haven't been checking in, but I'm trucking away at 6.0 week 3. I had a scale victory this morning so I'm pumped about that. Especially cause I skipped yesterday, cause I was awake since 4 and too tired for life.
My days are also all screwed up. Like I'm about to do day 18 but already technically did day 19. Since I got sick and am catching up from a fit test week. So I'm looking forward to this week being over and being on a normal schedule again.

Cardio is really killer for me this week. I couldn't figure out why my scores are worse today than earlier in the week, but today is the first day all week my kid has slept through my work out (woohoo!), so last time I was taking longer breaks tending to her.
Briana just recovered from shingles in my 6.0 world, and she was like straight child like hyper today. She ran outside in the rain after the workout 🤔.

Day 25 done. By the fourth round of X-squats, I did not want to touch my neck. Arwen is in the day 25 video and she's kind of fussy at points. Just FYI for anyone who would rather redo the day 23 video.

Day 25 and abs done. Woof. I do not like this set of moves. I have a very hard time beating any of my scores, even though I feel like I'm working my ass off.

Thank you. The actual discussion went okay...I suppose. I got nervous and a little flustered and her questions led me to believe that she wasn't on-board. But I gave her the 2-page proposal I had written up and she said she would look through it and talk to the President of the company. I wasn't feeling great about the possibilities. BUT, she called me back in towards the end of the day and said she had reviewed the proposal and wasn't saying yes yet—she had to run numbers...but she asked if I would be willing to also help out with another major arm of our business if the changes I requested went through. I said yes (because it would be an amazing opportunity) and I am feeling cautiously optimistic now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I got up this morning at 5 and did day 25 (3 rounds). I am actually enjoying this lineup. I probably should have doubled up so I wouldn't be behind starting out next week (we are out of town this weekend), but that would have been 3 strength days in a row so I decided not to. I did receive the kettlebells I ordered yesterday, so I did 2 1-minute sets of swings with a 15 pounder and capped it off with a short run. Feeling good about today

Day 25 + abs done. I almost did Day 26 just so I could take 2 days off and I decided that No, there is zero reason I can't work out tomorrow.
But now that I've cooled down and I'm half undressed I remembered that I'm going to be missing almost a week when I'm at Disney in a few days so really I should have sucked it up to stay mostly on track. So maybe I'll double up tomorrow.

I skied again today. I went out with one of our friends and followed him through some trees...my thighs are ON. FIRE.
I felt good and strong though. It is definitely a nsv.

I'm still here. It's been a shit show at work this week. I'm definitely am getting my cardio there (and weights, hellllo lifting and holding an unconscious Mastiff). I skipped Thursday but did this weeks strength today. I'll probably double up tomorrow morning. I think in actually going to meet my diet bet goal. I'm at it now, but the official weigh in is Monday and I made AIP compliant brownies tonight so here's to hoping I don't fuck that up between now and Monday 🤞 Good luck!! I was within half a pound earlier this week and then AF showed up. I’m afraid to step on the scale. 😬

I did my additional rounds with my timer app set to randomize the exercises and change it up a bit. Then I did the 10 minutes dance abs again on YouTube. I feel like a fool but it’s so effective
