Day 25 done instead of napping while the kids napped this afternoon.
Then I ate an enormous steak and drank wine and had a great time celebrating my husband's birthday. Delicious. I regret nothing.

Got the last day of week 3 strength done. I can't remember if I said this earlier in the week, but its worth repeating. My DD (2.5) has been with me during all but 1 work out this week, but she's done such an awesome job letting me do my thing and not getting in my way. Super proud of her.
And I'm proud of myself for working out first thing Saturday morning. I'm hoping to do the same tomorrow to make up for not working out on Thursday.

DS’ Birthday party is tomorrow. I’m really hoping the pizza and cake doesn’t mess up my DietBet weigh in. Right now I have 2.8 lbs to spare so 🤞 Happy birthday to your big boy! 🎂

I decided to stop worrying and just find out how bad it was. I’m 1.5 lb under my DietBet goal this morning! I think if I don’t go off the rails this weekend I’ll be ok!

I'm going to do days 22 and 23 today, hopefully. I'm way behind, because I did my Monday workout before she went live. But I did average about 15K steps/day at Disneyland so that was good, and I took yesterday as a rest day.

I did 23 cardio today. I did ski two days so I’m going to do a strength tomorrow and skip.

25 and 26 done in the hotel gym. I'm glad there was no one else in there.
I got 6 burpees on the first round, which is the most I've gotten. I don't really keep track of my other scores, but that is is easy to count because it is so low.

Did day 26 and abs this morning. I'm currently .7 under goal for the dietbet. I tend to indulge on the weekends, so I'm trying to keep things in check and try to continue to be active today even though I just want to lay around on the couch.

I skied again today. I went out with one of our friends and followed him through some trees...my thighs are ON. FIRE. I felt good and strong though. It is definitely a nsv. Skiing is such great exercise. I wish we were able to go more often- I haven't been since before I was pregnant with DD1! We are planning on going to Dodge Ridge a year from now, unfortunately not quite up your way.

Days 22 and 23 done! It wasn't pretty but it is done. And miraculously, I am still at my Dietbet goal for this first month, despite the beer and desserts this week. So as long as I don't go off the rails between now and Thursday or Friday when I need to weigh in, I should be fine!

Day 27 wasn't on her website or YouTube yet, so I repeated day 23, two rounds. So far I've done pretty well with eating this weekend, despite my mom dropping by with goodies for the kids.
Rest day and Dietbet weigh in tomorrow!

I think I may ski again today. It’s like an hour of lunges and oblique crunches...totally counts.
I’m looking forward to the next phase of upper/lower body. It’ll be easier to ski on leg day and not feel unbalanced.
I also had a scale victory yesterday. I am only .8 lbs from the next decade down. Weight is definitely not my main focus, but I wouldn’t mind hovering at the top of this decade instead of 10lbs heavier.

I’m going on vacation in mid March and I need to add some abs to the mix in a bad way. Going to try for 3-4 times per week. I ordered a million swimsuits and only was ok with one 😳

Day 27 - using the day 25 video because 27 wasn’t up on YouTube. Plus a 5 mile run and 2 mile walk beforehand (we ran to coffee then chatted on the way back)
I’m looking forward to this next phase. And I think this is the longest I’ve stuck with any of her challenges so thanks all

Did day 26 last night after the kids went to bed. I invited my husband to do it with me and I didn't want to kill him. Win! He thought it was a dang decent workout, too.
I'm glad I did it. I loathe doing anything after kiddo bedtime but I really didn't want to start skipping days.

That’s so tough nochill. I think you’re taking a good approach - keeping the focus on yourself to avoid being derailed. I wish I had better advice because this is something H and I struggle with as well (in a different arena). But I just KOKO as best I can and encourage him to improve when he’s open to hearing it.

I did day 27 this morning. The past couple of work outs have felt better, especially strength. I think I might up my weights from 10 to 12 lbs for phase two.

I’m behind and catching up. I had some work travel last week and then fell off the wagon.. doubled up today so I think I’m only 1 day behind now.
Anyone here do orange theory before? We have one near us and it has a 5am class that I’m thinking about trying. I think I need the accountability of a group session 1-2 times per week. I just got a nice bump at work with a new job so I could potentially justify the cost for a couple months as a reward to myself.

I’m pretty sure I lost on the diet bet. I feel better and clothes are feeling looser but the pounds have not been coming off. You can all have my $ 😩
