Day 22 + abs done. I did abs week 2 again because this week's ab moves are all planks. Neewwwwp. I may "enjoy" exercising now but I still hate plank exercises in all forms. I'll do them in the regular workouts but no way to five full minutes of them.
I think I like the repeating workouts, I don't track my reps but I like feeling more confident that I know what I'm doing and don't have to watch the screen.

I skipped today because so tired and my children were NOT cooperative and if I ski tomorrow, I'm skipping tomorrow too.
My plan is to get up early on Wednesday and do whatever the strength is for this week before work.
Just keeping myself accountable.

Just did 6.0 week 3 cardio. It really kicked my ass. Crab walks can get,fucked. Cannot do. Actually wrote "newp!" I in my log 🤷♀️

Day 22 done. I've hated those transverse lunges in the other challenges, but I actually seem to be able to do them now, so I'll take that NSV. Abs done too. Sooo much planking- my knees didn't like the last one, so I may need to switch it out.
My period is coming, so I'm not sure I want to touch the scale.

I did 20 and 22 this morning. Still dont like the twisty lunges. I also feltntired during the cardio. Maybe it is bexause I do it as soon as I get up and my body isn't really awake yet? When I felt so good on Saturday I had been awake for a couple hours bybthebtime I worked out.
Anyway, I'm down 13.2 lbs since the day after Christmas (basically 1 month) and I'm feeling motivated to keep going!

I'm starting week 3 today. I got a week behind when I got sick then everyone in the house passed it around. Finally bouncing back. I have everything mapped out so I can get caught up to you guys but we'll see how it goes.

Day 22 done. I’m nursing a very sore back so I pushed abs to tomorrow. My back made those twisty lunges nearly impossible.

Day 22 done. I got at least a rep more on each exercise than last time so I’m happy. Last DB week for me too. And I’ve got DS’ birthday party and work stuff so putting full effort into my workouts and trying my best to stay in my ww points

Day 10 of 21 day fix done. It was legs...my legs are fine but my upper back is killing me. I think my heavy set of weights (8s) is too heavy to keep up by my shoulders right now judging by how badly my back hurts. It was so hard too...I did the lower fix because I couldn't bring myself to do barre legs at 9 pm last night and it was of course just as awful.
Today is hopefully some kind of cardio that wont completely break my body. I actually am glad I skipped working out Sunday because I was feeling good yesterday. I hope I get to a point with this program where I am not this sore every single day because this sucks. But I am doing it...so there's that NSV!
The scale was not kind to me this morning. It apparently did not appreciate all of the eating I did over the weekend. I kind of blew it...but it tasted so good!

I did day 22 last night. My week is all messed up due to a meeting change to tonight, so I will see if I have enough time to do day 23 when I get home or skip and catch up on the weekend.

I got up at 4:45 to do day 22 this morning. Getting out of bed is so hard, but it is the only time I can fit it in on workdays and I feel pretty good afterwards.

Day 22 done! I forgot the twist thing on the lunges (I was going off my notes) so I accidentally did just reverse lunges. Oh well.

We’re cutting down on tv time for the toddler, and he didn’t complain at all when I was doing the workout. I think he was just happy to see the tv on. 😂

I fell behind again this weekend because I can never seem to squeeze them in. Saturday was a lazy day, but we at least got a ton of walking in on Sunday and my food was mostly on-track. (Alcohol on the other hand....)
I did day 19 yesterday (and was completely dragging) and 3 rounds of day 20 this morning. Their giggling was irritating me, but it helped me channel my annoyance into effort and I think I got a really good workout in.
H will be taking SD to Girl Scouts this evening, so I will be on my own. I might go ahead and do day 22 to get myself back "on track" to my usual one day behind schedule.
One thing I keep forgetting to ask: Has anyone who does the workouts from her site noticed a formatting issue these past few weeks? The side bar navigation now overlaps with the video window and I can't play or pause without putting it on fullscreen. It is annoying, but nothing I change seems to help (resizing window, zooming in or out, etc.) I don't know if she changed the formatting or if it is glitch with my browser.

Ugh honda that scale thing sucks. I got a new scale for Christmas that definitely makes me look heavier than my old one and so it feels like I’m making no scale progress. Then there’s all the crap I have been eating still... Day 11 done. It was Pilates day not cardio so quite delightful. I need to keep reminding myself that just when I feel like I want to quit there is a recovery workout that feels great. Now I just have to make it to yoga day.
