I'm currently getting my "You made it to 36 weeks!" pedicure. It has been...a long time since my last one and I'm pretty sure this lady is judging the shit out of me. Whatever lady. With DS1 it was a few days after my pedicure that he decided to come. I would be ok with this kid coming whenever but ideally I would make it through a few more days. And not in the middle of the night, pretty please. I thought he had dropped but today he seems high again. Way to be confusing baby. AnnPerkins, I'm thinking we'll see your little girl before tomorrow! God I need a pedicure soooooo badly. My water broke a few days after my last one too. I also thought my belly looked low upon waking today, but she's back up above my belly button and I felt hiccups on my hip bone about an hour ago, so not coming today. I'm still contracting semi regularly but they've definitely backed off. I'm totally fine with baby coming any time she wants now. MIL leaves for Boston for five days on Wednesday and my parents leave for their cruise Saturday, so obviously this kid will come next weekend when we have no one to take DD.

I have a hunch you and I are both going to term with these babies. I feel like we were early birds on our last BMB and that these stinkers are going to take their sweet ass time.

cnf, I will never go to 40 weeks because they will induce me around 39 if I get that far. So, for your sake I hope you don't go to 40

cnf, that cake sounds amazing, I'm going to try it. Ooh AnnPerkins, wild speculation is so fun though! paperbagliz, OMG,so adorable! My baby is super low, there were some things I couldn't do in prenatal yoga today because it felt like I was crushing her head, lol. But also, OMG, how often can she hiccup? It's driving me crazy, it's as annoying as having the hiccups myself. It's like three times a day usually. And p.s. I love the Pixel phone! New phone success, yay! Thank you!!

paperbagliz SO cute! I still missed names, but bananas they are adorable! blabbermouth DS1 would get hiccups every night, it would last for 2 hours and my stomach would ache from them. Funny enough he never had them once he was born. quinn ugh! So frustrating. My cousin had to teach her daughter to ask and read labels early. She did great until one day someone gave her a Reese’s pieces and told her it didn’t have peanuts. So beyond scary. Luckily, my MO gets it, but only because she has a wheat allergy and my siblings have their own food allergies and, well, my MIL is allergic to practically everything. Sorry not sorry for all the cookie recipes. 🤷🏻♀️😘

My MIL took one look at me at church and sent me home and said her and FIL would take the kids for the afternoon. I didn't argue. I've now slept for 2 hours and rested. I'll go pick them up In a bit and pick up pizza for supper too. I really want breadsticks. Lol

I keep getting bad back pains. It is really not comfortable at all. Wonder if this is contractions. It was hard to stand in church and DS3 wanted to be held only by me. Well standing for the rest of today hasn’t gone all that well, so I’m laying on the couch, next to a passed out DS3, watching a movie with H.
I told H I wasn’t going to feel bad about snuggling the boys. Soon their worlds will be turned upside-down.

quinn, I would so upset. Of all people you would expect the grandmother to be extra careful! She's usually so good about things too. Ugh. I'm so happy your girls are back together! So adorable 😍

He's only 2 and we taught him to say no peanuts lol It's just watching your little baby swell up and not be able to breath over food... I mean, it's beyond terrifying and I never want to see that happen to him ever again. It was the 1 time it happened when we found out about the allergy when rushing him to the ER. I will be that crazy parent if I have to be to keep him from that.

How scary quinn. I’m so sorry you have to deal with that. I hope your mom takes this as a learning opportunity and never makes that mistake again.

blabbermouth tell me about the pixel phone! It has a really good camera, right? I’m due for an upgrade and would like to get a phone with a nice camera since, let’s be real, definitely will be documenting the baby’s life with a phone instead of dragging out a real camera. I have an iPhone 6 now.

We just got home from the Packer game. It was rainy/cold and we lost, but still a lot of fun! My pelvis is very achy from all the walking and stairs- I hope that means baby is starting to drop.

bazi T&Ps it was the worst when the boys stopped napping. What kills me is she is obviously tired. Like, almost fell asleep in the car on the way back from the pumpkin patch and said she wanted to lie down. I get her up to her room, and immediately she’s yelling and banging on the door. I’m trying the whole “quiet time in your room if you can’t sleep” thing. It’s failing miserably.

Can you just flop her in front of the tv to get at least a half hour of rest?

Sympathy bazi. DS1 will be two next weekend and he rarely naps on the weekends, despite being exhausted. He naps for 2 hours every day at daycare. Little jerk. We just roll with it but sometimes it's painful.

I can’t imagine worse, even his reaction is intense for me.

Sappy post warning...
Guys, I’m starting to get really emotional about this baby arriving. I feel like it hit me today. This is my last week at work and then I’m off for just over 4 months. After almost 5.5 years of waiting, our baby will be here in less than 9 days. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. I can’t believe it’s finally happening and that we’re so close to becoming parents.

Exhausting day! DD's party went great but I am so TIRED. Who thought it would be a good idea to have a one year old's birthday party at 35 weeks pregnant?
I really need to get my ass in gear and get ready for this baby. I need to cook some freezer meals this week and ideally I'd like to bring her nb/0-3 clothes up but if I do that my nosy ass neighbours (ILs) will know it's a girl because they're always in my house and are nosy AF. I only work 1 day this week so I really have no excuse.

TMI: I haven't been able to leave the bathroom for the last hour basically. Which is really hard when you're solo parenting. I put in an SOS call To my hubby and basically said he needs to get home ASAP.
I'm sad because I ordered pizza and wings and breadsticks and I think eating them is a bad idea.
