Hello! I need to do 32 and 33 today. And 34 tomorrow.
Posting so I can keep the numbers straight and keep myself accountable! Was in a wedding yesterday and missed Friday as well.

MH came downstairs while I was doing day 33 and he said he could see my hatred for this woman radiating from my eyes. Lol he asked if I have sent her hate mail yet.
I'll be doing day 34 tomorrow and then powering right into week 6 on Tuesday, since I used yesterday as my rest day.

Day 34 done + a Jessica Smith ab video. That was tough after yesterday’s leg workout.
I think I’ll try to run tomorrow morning since I haven’t done that in over a week.

Took my rest day yesterday and day 33 today. I'm sweaty. It probably didnt help that I finished vigorously cleaning the house right before I did it.

I'm still a few days behind and just did the fit test.
I'm down 4 lbs since the beginning, and I do feel like I'm seeing a little more muscle definition.
Speed squats: 34 (33/27) High knees: 129 (103/93) Push ups (modified): 21 (20/21) Squat jumps: 25 (29/20) Tri dips: 22 (19/12) Burpees (mod): 12 (12/9) Alt lunges: 22 (17/18) Elbow plank: full min (full min/half mod)

I only did 32. The heavier weights went better than I expected.
I’m in a funk and need to snap out of it. It’s killing my motivation.

I took an active rest day today. Had an amazing yoga class in the morning in which we rolled out our glutes, back, and neck, plus lots of stretching. Then ran around in the backyard with DS before dinner, which my Fitbit recorded as a walk and aerobic workout. I'll take it!

Cardio/day 34 done! Thank god there's not another cardio until Thurs. I think. ETA or was it day 35? I don't remember. Whatever cardio was.

Day 34 done. I hated it less this time. When I felt spent by exercise 3 I just told myself I only had 2 more to go. The 2nd round was pretty laughable, but I made it through.
I weighed myself this morning and I'm down another lb, so that was motivating. I even got up at 5:30 even though I have today off. But I'll be in a car for 5 hours, so I wanted to make sure I didn't miss a workout.

I didn't exercise all weekend so now I'm 3 days behind. My plan is to double up the upper and lower body days today (32 & 33? ) and then go from there.

I did day 38 this morning. Cardio for week 6 still has the damn mountain climbers.
I am still ridiculously sore from my workout on Saturday.....but that probably means it is doing some good, right?

I also have a cold, so I've fallen behind with not working out Saturday or Sunday. I doubt I'll do it today. I'm bummed, but I'll pick back up soon because I don't want to fall too far behind.

Sorry to hear about the injury / sickness. I get how disappointing it can be, but don't beat yourself up. Our bodies need rest to heal and pushing yourself (especially with a back injury) could just put you out for longer. I am ahead now, but am leaving on a trip to Europe this Thursday and will not be BBM-ing it over there. I will be a solid week behind when I get back, so you won't be the only one in catch up mode.

Mowing the lawn registers as cycling. If I pump my arms while power walking, it reads as elliptical. And yet, it doesn't notice my BBM HIIT-style workouts, when I'm huffing and puffing and sweating. I have to manually enter those. Silly FitBit.

I put my fitibit in my pocket when pushing the stroller and it registers as cycling. Riding my exercise bike registers as elliptical. Cleaning the house registers as aerobics. BBM doesn't register at all.
