Can you guys give me an idea of how much more intense Week 5 is? I only did a couple days of Week 4 and got knocked out. I've barely had energy to shuffle around my house this weekend, and my Target run just now kicked my butt. Should I go back to Week 4 or jump in to Week 5 tomorrow (assuming I even have the energy for it)? I agree with loony that the strength workouts are more focused and I am happy that there are more of them this week.....but the cardio looks considerably more intense (5 exercises for 1 minute and no breaks, then repeat the circuit after a 1minute rest). I am kind of dreading tomorrow.

I did day 5 last night...I am sad sometimes I am so far behind you all and wish I thought to start sooner. I love seeing your progress though... Cher I love it when you all post your progress...it gives me something to shoot for. I know certain things will get better with time. Wonderwomans hurt my back. I may have to find a substitute for those. Back problems suck. Maybe I am doing them wrong.

Weighed myself this morning. I am 1/5 of my way toward my total weight loss goal. So that was exciting. I will start my week tonight once the kids are in bed as I am solo parenting tonight.

I did my fit test/measurements today.
I'm up 2lbs from day 15, but down a whole inch in my waist and hips!
I'll take it.

I accidentally started week 6 instead of 5 yesterday. So, I'm doing that this week and will circle back to 5 next week.
I dislike this phase's cardio format. I'm looking forward to tabata cardio next phase.

Remember that time I inadvertently bought 1 dumbbell on amazon instead of 2?
Looks like I’ll be using 5 pound weights until another dumbbell comes.

Day 29 done. I used 8's but dropped down to 5's on the shoulder exercises once it become near impossible to keep going. I also just started w/ 5's on the tricep kick backs.

Also, did anyone watch her Sunday Skinny this week? She really thinks highly of herself, comparing herself to a celeb (Kim Kardashian even!) and Saying she's the first person in history to lose weight in front of people.
Lol, k.

I haven’t watched any of these but she’s seriously annoying the crap out of me just day to day. I applaud what she’s doing and appreciate the free workouts but sometimes I just need her to stop.

I did day six tonight and I ran a couple miles so I’m feeling pretty good. Last week I didn’t see how I could possibly run and do a workout in the same day, and this week I am finding it pretty doable. Glad I don’t have to choose...at least not right now.
Tomorrow is day 8! I’m not doing a rest day since I had two this weekend. Happy to keep the momentum going!

Done with 27 and 29. I just struggled to lift the wet towels from washer to the dryer, so I’m kind of scared for tomorrow. I really liked 29 though and bonus, she annoyed me less in that one.
I think about half the moves I’ll be ok moving to 8 pound weights, but the other half I was really feeling with 5 pounds so that should be interesting.

I feel like she was trying to apologize but didn’t want to fully admit she was wrong so she reached realllllllly far for an explanation. Or one of her friends was blowing smoke and telling her how she’s such an innovative person and she is just living her truth. 🤣

I did day 31 today...and though I was dreading it and pretty short on sleep, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The burpee leg lifts don't seem nearly as challenging as a burpee with a jump and the whole thing seemed to fly by. I was struggling with the second set of mountain climbers (my shoulders are still sore from Monday) and squat jumps, but it was a good kind of challenge.
Rounded out the morning with a 3-mile jog in 97% humidity. As soon as I got to my street and felt like I couldn't run anymore and was going to walk the rest as a cool down, the sky opened up and poured on me. It seemed refreshing at first, but then I got worried about my phone and apple watch, so I had to kick it in the last (long) stretch.
Overall feeling pretty good about the workout, but I am happy to go back to strength tomorrow.

I have to do the Fit Test this evening. But I took my measurements and weighed in this morning. I've lost 4 lbs from the initial BBM weigh in and 4.5 inches total - including 2.25 from my waist and 1.5 from my hips. Woot!

Haven't done the fit test yet but just did my measurements. I'm not happy. Pretty much everything is the same as two weeks ago and a couple things were up 1/2". I'm down 2 pounds since the last fit test but still up 1.6 pounds from when we started BBM. My diet has been junk so I can only blame myself.

Day 29 done. I have a question. I wasn’t able to get full range of motion on two moves using the 8 lb weights. The lateral raises and the reverse flys (hello weak shoulders). I basically couldn’t lift very high. So I continued but I don’t know if it’s better to drop down to 5s for full range or keep trucking with 8s and do as much as I could. What do you think? drop down in weight. Form is key to avoid injury.

These lower body workouts are bitches. But effective. My butt looked great at the end of the last challenge. MH has made multiple comments about my butt looking good already.

I skipped Day 29 because I do mostly arms on Tues/Thurs at the trainer. I need to figure out my plans going forward with these upper body workouts. I don't know that I care to do 4-5 upper body workouts a week with BBM + my trainer.
I did do the fittest last night and didn't do all that great. Basically the same as Day 15.

I was going to do the fit test this morning but my clumsy butt missed a step last night and fell down the last 3ish steps landing on my left knee. It doesn't hurt terribly bad, but just enough to know it's there with some movements. So I may be taking a rest day today.... I'll see how it feels later.
