Next Wednesday, do you mean the 4th or the next week? If you really think you have a UTI I wouldn't wait too long, but coming Wednesday may be ok... make sure you drink a LOT and loading up with vitamine C helps me as well sometimes. Or cranberry juice but i find that ugh so stick to munching several grams of vit C usually till I can see the dr. I have had tons of UTIs in the past so can usually tell well whether one is coming up and/or already progressed to where I need ABX. What are your symptoms? Not tomorrow, the 11th. The only symptom is an urge to pee and not much coming out. Only started last night before I went to bed. In all honesty I wouldn't wait till the 11th if I really suspected a UTI. But I have to add personally I also wouldn't run to the drs right away either with just the urge to pee often and not much coming out. That happens to me occasionally as well without a UTI. I obviously am not a dr but I would keep an eye on it for a couple more days and see whether symptoms go away or get worse. And meanwhile would chug water and munch vit c (like several times the max daily dose.. you will pee out all excess vit c which will make your pee extra sour (?) which helps as well some). If you get a burning sensation while peeing or start peeing blood it is time to see a dr though! Ditto for getting a fever, or if you otherwise start feeling unwell. Hope tis not a UTI!

@easilyunamused, yeah definitely don't wait till the 11th. If it is a UTI and goes untreated, it could turn into a kidney infection. Do you have an urgent care near you? They can definitely do a urine test.

Yay at all our hubsies stepping up a notch 😀👍 And hah D's head circumference measured 38cm at her 1mo appointment which came up +1 on the chart.. Seems all our babies have big heads so how on earth can that be so far over the 50th percentile? Seems like big heads is normal af this age? 😆😁🤓 Not my kid, lol. P is in like the 18th percentile or something (I can’t quite remember). DS was the same way. They get it from me 😆 ETA just checked, she was 37th percentile at her 1 month well check. So not super tiny but still tiny compared to you guys!

When I first moved to Chicago I got a UTI the first week and had nothing - no dr no insurance, I went to a minute clinic and they took care of me for a very reasonable price!

king26 we changed formula and didn't tell the doctor until his 2 month appointment today and she wasn't concerned. He went from. The 25th percentile in height and weight to the 75th so all is well!

Is anyone else dealing with fall allergies? Mine are out of control and only benedryl works which is not good because it makes me so spacy. And my eyes are red and sore, never had that before...

Those of you that tracknsleep, how many naps, sleeps does your baby have a day? I just looked at j's and am totally depressed . How many times a day does baby eat?
I need to somehow get him on a better schedule because looking at the data it's no wonder I'm exhausted.

So I track sleep and the last few days in 24 hours he has gone to sleep: 12 times,13, 10, 10, 14, and 9. That's insane. We needs better plan.as for eating: 12 times, 11, 9 13. That's too many.
My new plan is to try and feed him 3 oz at every feeding. Right now I always give 2 then another 1 if he is still hungry. Sometimes he eats 1 oz sometimes 3. Mostly 2. I'm hoping if he eats more at one time he will sleep better but probably he will just get overfed

king26 I do track sleep but only her when she sleeps for longer then say 30 minutes. She often takes power or catnaps during the day tho and i dont always manage to track those as they are so short and just happen. She sleeps alright thru the night, her longest stretch currently is 5-5.5h which is awesome. However during the day she often goes waaaaay long without any real sleep or naps which is exhausting as well.. she will want to be held and^or fed and /or entertained all those hours which makes it to where I sometimes don't even manage to eat etc. I did notice that D. Sleeps better and longer after a longer feeding or a bottle supplement . I hope that J will start taking his bigger bottles in full and sleeps a little longer on those! I have been tolsd FM fed babies tend to sleep a little longer so how nice would that be? And when he sleeps longer there likely will be less feedings so the day total oz will still be similar and hopefully he wont overfeed?

I woke up by the sounds of D. professionally and seriously filling up her daiper.. nothing more fun then cleaning up poop MOTN while still half asleep lol. Nursing her now and she s loading ans unloading at the same time.. I had hoped to put her back in bed asleep once done but she will need a new daiper first.. bummer I know it will either wake her or keep her awake.

Ugh so i went and changed her diaper as I could have sworn she pooped, going by her grunting and also the sounds coming from her bum... 🤣 but it was false alarm. Of coz she is wide awake again now and wanting more boob despite the fact she was done eating and starting to fall asleep on the boob just before.

I'm having second thoughts about going back at 12 weeks. I'm thinking I might wait until 16 weeks now. Of course that could change but I told my sub I need at least 2 more weeks. DH is currently feeding J and dealing with his screaming cry. He's doing a good job too. I'm proud of how far he has come with the crying in the past week. muscari that's great your husband has some leave coming uo. You said you track sleep, how many naps does D take a day? I'm trying to fill J up but he's waking up after an hour anyhow. It's frustrating.

He is propped on a boppy and is in a relatively safe position, but it still makes me very nervous. I have dozed and he's been fine, but I really try not to.

My God I can't do night time feedings because I am either out of it on allergy meds or sneezing. MH and I constantly fall asleep with the baby. It is getting out of hand.
