I think I'll spend the rest of my day planning DDs first Euro trip. Spring or Fall 2018 depending on how this uterus situation shakes out. Suggestions on where to take her welcome. I'm going to start with Germany and Italy, but I will research all options.

The Astros are so much fun to watch this year! Sorry for interrupting your holiday with sports talk, but we are fired up here.

It was so much fun and she had a blast. I think a year or two older would have been better for her as far as activities though. But look how cute! **poof**

ETA, sorry, got distracted and forgot to poof the picture I think you have to know your kid. DD1 at 3 would have been perfectly fine to do just about anything we wanted, but she was also still napping. So you have to factor that in with jet lag. DD2 is 3 now and would be an absolute shit show. I don't even want to take her to the grocery store, let alone on a plane. So it might be a good idea to go places you've already visited so that if you have to cut the days short or leave sights because of toddlers toddling, it isn't a huge deal. I guess that's assuming you've already been though.

Little DD has discovered hitting as an attention getting mechanism. So, that's fun.
I worked in my classroom for a bit to prepare for this last week, which is a crappy way to spend a holiday. No bears, though. #perspective

DD is generally very easy and any new baby either won't be making the trip or will be very very new. I pinned something a few weeks ago about beat European cities for kids so I think I'll go ahead and give that a read.

Also I want children that can be described as easy and taken on European vacations.
Instead, the little one just bit me. She broke the skin. 😒

I just walked outside to take pictures of our landscaping and then brought the baby out back. I realized while sitting down that I never put my boob away after breastfeeding. The neighbors really got a show...

MH built DDs birthday present today and instead of waiting until Wednesday to give it to her we just left it out because she doesnt know when her birthday is. And since a play kitchen is no fun without play food we gave her that today too. We are the worst.
But she is having the best time.

I tried to go visit zimmerframe last year, but I got lazy and she had a baby, so maybe I'll add Ireland to my research list.

I'm probably going to plan a trip to visit adelbert and one of the ladies from M14 who lives in Belgium (and I've already met), because I figure if brux met adelbert and lived to tell the tale, I'm safe.

If you come to Ireland you can meet me! I'm actually planning on traveling to Boston next year and plan to meet Internet friends. Never in my life did I think I would meet people from the Internet 🙈

I don't want to brag, but she did send me a bunch of magazines in German to help me retain some of my knowledge AND a Christmas card. We're basically BFFs.
