Day 8 and 9 done. I feel like I'm cheating a little bit, but I skip the cool down for the first day and skip some of the warm up on the second. It feels like an effective use of time. I skip the cool down of the first one when I double up as well.

I think I modified half the things in Day 9.
The squat thrusts were basically me doing a slow motion crawl on the ground.

Day 9 done. Fuck burpees and squat thrusters.
I also did a Jessica Smith 6 min abs and 10 min flexibility video. The flexibility video was just extra stretching but it felt fabulous. I'm gonna try to add that in twice a week.

Are you counting calories? Getting enough carbs and protein? But sometimes you're just going to be starving. If so, eat something. Some nights, I just have a spoonful of PB, some water, and put myself to bed to avoid being hungry.

I doubled up 10/11 today.
My hamstrings are screaming!!
I'll see how I feel tomorrow, but my plan is to double up again and then take three days off (and just run or hike) for this weekend.
Also fuck burpees!

I could not get motivated last week. Just my mind wouldn't cooperate, so minus the fit test, I started this week. I'm also going to the gym, so I better be ripped at the end of 90 days. That's how it works, right?!

Day 9 done. That one was really hard for me. Wins: I did one minute of jumping jacks without stopping, which is huge for me. I did well on the planks at the end. Bummers: I couldn't do the squat thrusts at all without modification. I could jump in but not back out. I also had very poor balance on the teeter tot moves so the exercise wasn't as effective. I added a Jessica Smith Abs video (the 9 minute one) and it was better than my last attempt doing that. Tighten your abs/core & glutes on the teeter totter jumps. And really focus on 1 spot on the ground a few feet in front of you. Do them slowly, leave the jump out at first and add it in when you're ready.
Also, ST's modified are still very effective for your core.

I'm trying the W30 approach (though not following the plan) of trying to eat more at my meals so I don't need a snack. I try to eat three 350-500 calorie meals and 1-2 snacks 100-150 calories. I do my best to get protein, carb & fat in each meal or snack. It's really helped me to not feel hungry all day.
I know you said you don't count calories, but what you're eating doesn't sound like enough, especially protein. 1 egg is 80 calories, your fruits and veggies may add up to 500-600, meat 300-400 and carbs 150-200? On the high end that's under 1300 calories. I don't know if there's other stuff you're eating or your body type, activities, etc.

Thank you! This is super helpful. I have very weak ankles so moves like the teeter totter ones always get in my head. I find that with balance moves I can't be in my head about it. I have to think about doing the move & that's it. The moment my mind drifts off, I'm wobbling.

If I'm hungry in a snack way, I drink a bottle of water first. Then I reassess. A lot of times, I'm not hungry anymore. Also, if you typically aren't this active, your body is readjusting. Your metabolism is speeding up. It will take a bit for everything to work itself out.

Day 8 done. I'm home with my kids since one is sick. I did 6 and an ab video this morning. Totally crazy to try to get day 9 in tonight? I'm going out of town this weekend with my mom and my boys and I don't know that I'll be able to fit it in. Trying to double up when I can but a sick kid is throwing me for a loop.

I did day 2 and 3 of the 6 week mini challenge today. Lower body and cardio. The cardio was tabata style and kicked my ass. It was sad I couldn't do some of the moves sustained for only 15 seconds. I also need a better sports bra. I bought the largest cup size they had at Target, and I couldn't even get one boob into it.
