I got up early today to do day 4 before everyone was up. It was so much better than doing it at night. But still, fuck surfer squats and mountain climbers.

Day 4 done. I'm kind of annoyed that the workout portion of video was a replay from day 2. During the first few days, I didn't mind her mindless chatter while working out..but I don't need to hear the same small talk twice every week.
Capped the workout off with sprint intervals outside and a 20-minute cool down jog/walk.
I really didn't want to get out of bed this morning, but I am glad I did.

I agree—I much prefer to do it while the house is still dark and there is no one around. I think I am going to struggle to find time this weekend because I refuse to set an alarm on Saturday or Sunday and I hate for people to be around while I work out.

trippyalien +1 to both your posts. I felt cheated, like I showed up at the gym and my work out buddy sent a hologram of themself. And I will not set an alarm this weekend, but I told my H he basically needs to leave the house for 20 minutes! I need to be alone or I feel dumb.

I got up early & did Day 4. And I'm with everyone else who says fuck surfer squats. Mt climbers suck too. I also did a 10 min indoor walk and when that was done H jumped in the shower so while I waited I did another 5 min cardio video (both were Jessica Smith).

I was slightly disappointed too because I thought it would be cool to do the 90 days "with" her. But it's no different than doing the same workout video a few times a week.
Buuuuttttt.......I wish instead of talking about her sports bra she would talk about form. Most trainers' talk is about form and it's helpful to have that reminder, along with the typical "ra-ra motivation" crap.

FFFC: I like squats, especially sumo squats. I do too. I like most lower body exercises. Upper body stuff can get bent.* *and that is why my upper body is weak AF.

Day 4 in the books. I actually slept decent last night so that made it easier.
I'm setting it up so I have a true rest day on Monday (break from this and C25k) and I'm so flipping excited anticipating it. My body is tired from all this activity.

I decided to skip day 4, though maybe I'll do 4 and 5 together tomorrow.
I just ran 2.4 miles and I walked an additional mile. I feel like that's good cardio.

I just did day 4, showered, then had a full body massage. I feel invincible.
I was also annoyed that it was a replay of the same video. Isn't the point that she does it with us?

I'm going to do day 4 and a yoga video after SO leaves town. I feel so tight, I need some good stretching in my life. I feel so tight right now. I used my foam roller last night which helped some, but I gotta do some yoga too.

Day 4 done. I'm glad I'm tracking. I like seeing that I have improved in some exercises. I'm currently nursing the baby and leaning a certain way and it's making my abs shake, which is great.

Cher - I definitely improved today...although, I think there's a "max rep" thing going to happen, because there really is only so much you can do in 60 seconds. But that's just me being skeptical.
