Day 5 & 6 completed, plus another ab workout. I just might end up being one of those women who work out in their bra without a shirt because fuck, I get so sweaty with a shirt on. Make sure you're wearing actual work out shirts and not regular. That makes all the different. Oh yes, but I still get heavy underboob sweat that ends up trailing to my chin when laying down for abs. #glamorous

I'm going to add in some hula hooping at night while we are watching tv. I still have my weighted hoops and figure it's a good way to fit in some movement during a time when I'm normally just sitting and staring at my phone. Plus, it's a soothing movement for me. Will you get super stoned and pretend to be at a music festival while you Hula hoop? Now that's some exercise I can get behind!

I have been doing this because I'm home and in our workout area there is no A/C and it's been so hot. Plus less laundry.

milano I'm sorry about your fall. That sounds painful. And like something I would do. Can I tell you about the pitcher on the Giants that had to go on the disabled list because he cut his hand slicing a frozen turkey burger? It even happens to professional athletes!

My legs are shaky, and I had to stop more than I would have liked, but I'm so glad I stuck it out. Back to my regular routine tomorrow.

Sundays are hard for me to get a workout in so I'm going to make them my rest day for this challenge. I did 45 minutes on the exercise bike though.

Up 25 mins early this morning. Got day 6 done but skipped the cool down so I had time to shower. Progress, but I need to get up earlier yet next time.

I did Day 4 but DS was sick all weekend and I had a weird headache so I'm behind. And nutrition was womp womp.
Blah - excuses. I have to find a routine instead of fitting it when I can.

Congrats to those who completed the whole week. +1 Last week was easy because DH didn't get home until late so I did it as soon as I got home while the boys unwound from the day with a snack and the ipad. But now he's getting home at a normal hour and the evening routine is more hectic with all of us home.

Day 6 done, week 1 complete. Today didn't suck as bad as the last few. I also walked the long way to the park with DS tonight so I am feeling alright about today.
