I went for a 6.5 mile hike with steep inclines this morning, so I think I am going to count that as tomorrow's cardio and bump day 5 to tomorrow. My feet hurt and I am kind of beat...but I really enjoyed being out there.
Great job to everyone for sticking with it!

I just did 4 and 5. I skipped the cool down of 4, but I figured I was already warmed up.
My knees kept making crinkly noises on the lunges and curtsy lunges so I really half assed those. I hope that gets better.

I looked ahead and wrote out the workouts in my journal until day 50 something.
It definitely gets more intense, but I'm looking forward to it.
I also realize that it ends on DS's birthday and two weeks after ski season starts. So I'm using that to plan on it being my ski season conditioning as well as to look kick ass for his 2 year pictures. 😜

Day 5 done! I have such a love/hate relationship with lunges and squats. They make my muscles burn and I kind of hate them BUT they make such a difference in my body when I do them consistently that I kind of love them. Confusing times.
I love that these workouts don't leave me a sweaty mess afterwards (which i realize may change as this progresses, but by then I'll be too committed to quit) because I really really hate being sweaty.
I've been eating great all week and tracking my calories, because I started a Diet Bet on Tuesday as well. Tonight I chose to have a hummus veggie wrap after my workout instead of ice cream with chocolate sauce, and I feel great about that. I'm a sugar addict, so this is awesome for me.

We had soccer this morning then took the boys to the amusement park. Didn't get home til after 8 then the boys in bed til a little after 9. I am beat but heading down to get my day 5 done. I think it helps that they are so short - like I know I just have to bust out 25 minutes or so and I'm done. It makes me feel good that I am working on my fitness and sticking to it (so far anyway).

I did Day 6 and man I was over it. Shove it mountain climbers. I'm happy for a rest day tomorrow. I'm going to walk and do a restorative yoga video.

I just tried to do it thinking that my children were occupied with each other, but they decided that a brawl was better.
I lost it pretty badly.
I don't know if I'm going to try again later or fuck it and do it tomorrow instead.

Done! I also took a very long walk with DD this morning. With grocery shopping factored in after nap time, I should actually reach my step goal today.
FFC this is the most consecutive workouts I've ever done. I'm proud of myself for sticking with it so far. Looking forward to the rest day tomorrow though. My thighs are on fucking fire.

Day 6 was brutal just because I had to listen to her ramblings, which were kind of charming the first time but annoying be the second and third. YOUR WATER BOTTLE HOLDS 38 OZ!!! I improved so much since day 2 though.

I'm doing 4&5 tonight. Pray for me. I was out of town for a bachelorette all weekend and am feeling like shit from all the poor food choices.
I know I will feel a million times better after I'm done though.

I had every intention of doing Day 6 today but fell off my bed directly onto my knee... Nearly 200lb of weight onto one poor knee because my foot got caught in the sheet. I'm obviously very coordinated. AND got carpet burn in the process. Hurts like a mother&@&$#!, but I'm sure it's just bruised. Sooo rest day today it is.

I took yesterday as my rest day this week, so I did day 5 today. I did it at the gym & ended up repeating the circuit, plus I did the rowing machine.
