I did Day 4. I really struggled, mentally, with getting this done today. I have a tweaked neck muscle and my schedule was busier than I wanted it to be. But I did it.
I'll do Day 5 tomorrow, and Day 3 if my neck lets me. Popping a muscle relaxer shortly.

Just did day 4. I really did not want to do it. I've had an extremely lazy day (I'm only at 6k steps and I usually get 20k). I'm going to try to get 45 min on the exercise bike before I go to bed.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep track or not but I have been so far and I'm glad. I already have seen some small improvements.

Cher - I definitely improved today...although, I think there's a "max rep" thing going to happen, because there really is only so much you can do in 60 seconds. But that's just me being skeptical. Yes I totally agree with you.

I decided to do Day 4 since I wasn't able to get my workout in over lunch. I forgot I had a luncheon scheduled at work and that threw my entire day off. I'm exhausted and am about to crawl into bed.

Ok I just saw this thread and I'm gonna try to follow along. A few questions brux. This is the same lady as the challenge some of us did/started at the beginning of this year, right? And that was in real time, but this is a challenge she recorded previously? Do you have this set up so Sunday is always a rest day? I got about 2/3 of the way through that challenge and it was really good. I quit my away from home job since then so I should be able to do this every morning.

I did it. Yesterday ended up being an unexpected rest day so I need to keep up this weekend.
It's 1045pm here and I just finished. I easily wouldn't have done it if I wasn't checking in here.

Day 5 done. I may use tomorrow for my rest day because I am off of work on Monday and it will be easier to do it with my kids in daycare. Unless I wake up unfortunately early tomorrow and can't get back to sleep.

Same lady and it's the 5.0 workout that she recorded previously. I think you all did 6.0 in real time, IIRC I don't have it set up so Sunday is the rest. This week, Monday is the rest because we started on a Tuesday. But you can feel free to tweak and take your rest day on the day it works best for you.

I'm going to add in some hula hooping at night while we are watching tv. I still have my weighted hoops and figure it's a good way to fit in some movement during a time when I'm normally just sitting and staring at my phone.
Plus, it's a soothing movement for me.

I just want to thank everyone for being so engaged in this thread and also the Noom one. It's really helping me stay committed. I can't let my internet friends down!!!
I'm also happy we are all sharing how we fit this in and what is hard for us or what are quick wins. I'm really cheesy proud of all of us. This is hard stuff.

Ok. Did day 5 in my driveway while both kids slept in the van (well, I still need to time the plank, but I'll do that when they wake up).
I may try and get DD to do a walking video with me later, but we did go on a walk this morning and I'm feeling pretty blah.

Okay, I didn't do the exercise bike last night because lazy but I'm doing it now. 45 min.
Today may be my rest day. I work overnights tonight and we have a fundraiser this afternoon so I'm not sure if I will fit it in. I'm going to try though!

DH took dd1 out to feed ducks and DD2 is napping so I got Day 5 done quick. I skipped the cool down due to time and am probably going to regret that. I had a slight improvement on each move except the curtsy lunges which stayed the same. I did try to work on my form a bit more this time. I've been using 3lb weights and I think I need to bump to my 5 pound weights. But this is the last day with these strength moves right? So who knows for next week.
