I'm embarrassed that my fit test this time was worse than the FIRST time I did the fit test when I hadn't actually worked out in a long damn time, but oh well. speed squats - 58 high knees - 51 or 102 depending on how you count it push ups - 15 (knees) squat jumps - 25 tricep dips - 25 (fuck tricep dips) burpees - 8 (but no really, fuck burpees) alt lunges - 13 plank - 31 I ran out of steam on the plank. I probably could have made it....but room for improvement or whatever. I was too gassed to even try not modified. I could have held knee plank for longer, but started coughing, so just called it. It can only go up from here!

And brux, I found certain days I preferred barefoot, but any day with a lot of running in place/jumping (like today) I like to be wearing shoes.

These are embarrassing but it will only get better from here, right? I also had to do the modified version of almost everything. Speed squats: 39 High knees: 71 Push ups: 22 Squat jumps: 21 Triceps dips: 11 Burpees: 7 Alternating lunges: 17 Elbow plank: 50 seconds
I also did 1.5 miles walk/run intervals before this and I'm hoping to get 30 min on the exercise bike before I go to bed but right now I can't move so we'll see, lol.

Now looking at everyone's high knees...did I do 100? or 50? I honestly can't recall. I think 50 individual knees, or 25 pairs. I really suck at that. Yikes. mine was not as each side = 1, 68 total. You don't suck. You rocked out push-ups.

I am less annoyed by her than other fitness "gurus". She's a mom, she's real and her sincerity counts for a lot.

I have mentioned I find her insufferable, but I think I mostly just hate the term mommies so the amount she says it drives me nuts. Regardless, she's better than any of the other countless fitness people.

I pushed too hard in the beginning and I died in the end. My 1 y/o daughter was trying to do some of the moves with me so that motivated me lol.

Question for anyone who has done this before - are most of the workouts 20-25 minutes? I'm thinking of trying to do this before work. If they're all this short, I think I could swing that. Last night I didn't have a chance until 9 PM and I would rather be getting ready for bed at that time.
I guess I could look this up but #lazy

Also---I am doing the pregnancy workouts until I go into labor...I didn't post my scores because that would be confusing. I didn't want people to think I was being a weirdo posting here and not doing shit.

Finished Day 2! After the fit test, I was worried it would be killer but it was tolerable.
Eight different 1 minute exercises with 30 second rest in between. 3 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. So 19.5 minutes spent working out.
Totally doable.

Day 2 done! I dragged my ass outta bed early & got it done. I also added on a Jessica Smith indoor power walk video because I had an extra 15 min this morning.

Plus, I will take a chubby, out of breath workout instructor saying she will do this with me over some 23 year old fitness instructor screaming "you can do anything you put your mind to!"

angelashly I think you can do both. They're not horrible. I would just do them back to back so you don't lose motivation after the first.

I've doubled up before when I get behind or need an extra rest day. I just do one of each type. If I do 2 of the same one, I'm dying.
I'm doing that one day this week since my son's birthday party is Saturday and I know I won't have time.

By the time I got to the burpees I was so tired, I was pretty much just flopping around like a dying fish. My H was watching me do it and "coaching" me. It was......not helpful.
