I need to do the fit test tonight. I'll be doing it in a carpeted room. Bare feet? Shoes? On a yoga mat or nah?

I did mine on Sunday (road race yesterday & much needed rest day today!!) Speed squat: 40 High knees: 68 (both knees counting as 1 rep) Push ups: 15 (all on knees) Squat jumps: 23 Tricep dips: 17 Burpees: 10 (unmodified) Lunges: 17 Plank: 50 seconds
I'm getting up early to do day 2 before work (saying it here gives me motivation to follow through!)

Ok. I did it. I might be dying. I really shouldn't have done 60 minutes of walking on the treadmill early but lesson learned. Here are my stats:
Squats: 33 High knees: 88 Push ups: 17 Squat jumps: 18 Triceps dips: 12 Burpees: 13 Alt lunges: 16 Plank: 45 seconds

Do we have to write down reps for day 2/other days? I think you're supposed to, but I'm only going to do the fit test days (15, 30, 60, 90).

Fit test done. I'm slightly embarrassed that I needed to use my inhaler for the first time in years. Hopefully it's a combo of allergies and exercise.
Speed squats: 36 High knees: 42 (both sides =1) Pushups: 24 (knee) Squat jumps: 19 Triceps dips: 15 Burpees: 5 (modified) Lunges: 7 (both sides=1) Plank: 22sec normal, remaining 28 seconds modified)

brux - I do almost all indoor workouts barefoot. I also do 99.99% of indoor things barefoot. I hate socks and also hate shoes.

Ok. It's done. I won't post scores since I did Week 9 workout from the pregnancy series and it'll be confusing. But I sweated and I'm out of shape. But it felt really damn good.
My kiddo did it too. Or at least he got excited about it and about halfway said "I'll just sit here and watch you".
I also walked at lunch today so I'm pretty much a fitness guru today.

I'm not able to get my fit test competed today, because I cannot breathe. I haven't been sick in years and then I decide to do a fitness challenge and my body has a negative reaction, apparently. I'm annoyed. I'm doing all the remedies tonight to hopefully wake up refreshed to do it in the a.m. And double up tomorrow or something to catch up.

Well, I was going to do this and then go walking, but I'm dead now.

Damn, that was a lot harder than I wanted it to be, but I feel ready to really do this. And I've been doing a pretty good job of tracking for WW. YAY me!

I need to figure out how to burpee in slow mo. I kept frogging my knees out when I was jumping back to the upright position, which hurts my knees. So I stopped those entirely.

Her voice is annoying but I like that she is real and you can see her struggle. It makes it feel attainable for someone like me to maintain.
Also, I have no upper body strength.
Speed squat - 38 High knees - 91 Push-ups - 14 modified Squat jumps - 19 Tricep dips - 13 Burpees - 9 Lunges - 21 - I counted each lunge, not as a set Elbow plank - 21 seconds

I'm embarrassed that my fit test this time was worse than the FIRST time I did the fit test when I hadn't actually worked out in a long damn time, but oh well.
speed squats - 58 high knees - 51 or 102 depending on how you count it push ups - 15 (knees) squat jumps - 25 tricep dips - 25 (fuck tricep dips) burpees - 8 (but no really, fuck burpees) alt lunges - 13 plank - 31
I ran out of steam on the plank. I probably could have made it....but room for improvement or whatever.
