You guys, your fit test results SHOULD be shitty the first day. If you killed it the first day, the last day will not feel as good. Be proud of those results for Day 1. You did it and you are going to look back on it and be amazed. Its like science or something.

My reaction when I saw the tag was "oh, fuck. I was hoping they would forget." I am having doubts about starting this during week 2 of whole 30 though. Also, I'm lazy. My workouts when I'm doing whole30 are amazing. I eat more to cover the calorie deficit but I feel great working out when I'm eating well. You guys are really shooting down all of my excuses.

Fit test results confirmed that I'm very out of shape.
I also got in a brisk walk to the drug store after I got to work and realized I was not prepared for CD1.
Looking forward to having you all keep me motivated for the next 90 days!

I'm here. I was planning on getting up early to knock it out first thing, but I slept like garbage last night. I'll get it done this afternoon.

Knocked it out. I'm discouraged to see how far I've fallen in the last six weeks. I'm starting from scratch again and am horribly out of shape.
I didn't record my scores because ds was trying to steal my pen--I had to put it up high. They weren't great, though. I remember now why I do this with no kids around.

YAHHHHHHHHHHH And I've gained 19 (that's right) of the 25 pounds I had lost this year. It took me 6 months to lose 25 pounds and 3 months to gain most of it back. You've had a damn good reason over the last 6 weeks so please be kinder to yourself.

Thanks for the tag brux. I completely forgot about this. Reading the tag did make me put down the bag of mini kit Kats I was inhaling, so success already. Lol I will do the test tonight. Can someone please remind me what I should look up on YouTube to do this. TIA

I've cleaned up my diet in the last few weeks as we've gotten back to normal. I have more work to do there, but it's a start. I know I love how I feel when I'm working out regularly, it's just so goddamn hard to get back into the routine.

Speed squat : 45 High knees: 119 Push ups 17 (modified) Squat jumps: 25 Triceps dips: 25 Burpee: 10 Lunges : 10 each side Plank: 50 (modified)
I was hacking a lung half way through. I ran 2 miles this morning and was fine, but the high intensity intervals killed me.

I'm doing the 6 week mini challenge since instead of the whole 90 day challenge. I did day 2, which is lower body. I always fond lower body easier than upper body, but I did work up a sweat.

I'm starting to question if I can actually do this. Al it was was the fit test and I've been so sore ever since. You can absolutely do this!

nochill, my experience is that the fit tests are way harder than the workouts. The fit tests stay the same so they have to be challenging at the end too.

You are going to have awesome results.

nochill - I remember the workouts being doable. They're only 20 minutes and aren't all "max reps" like the fit test. They also have a mix of cardio, strength training and HIIT. You can do it!!!

You guys are so hard on yourselves. Last night, we took a family picture and I was miserable all night. I'm large, guys. Like, not baby weight. Large. I hated myself yesterday. I was so happy when I saw some jiggly, postpartum woman running the video, getting all out of breath. If she can do it, so can we, right? The baby has been a disaster all day, I'm a walking zombie but I'm so glad I did that. I wasn't great. But I moved and I did something. I was really thinking about skipping tonight but I knew I had to check in with you guys. I need you all to hold me accountable.
Speed squat: 40 High knees: 111 Modified push ups: 26 Squat jumps: 30 Tricep dips: 23 Burpees: 8 Lunges: 19 Plank: 40 seconds

nochill, I was so sore for the first week the last time I did the challenge. Like, could barely stand up from a sitting position. I felt worlds better and much stronger by week two. I love the length of the workouts. Love. I have no excuse not to do them. I absolutely have 20 minutes a day.
