I don't think we even have paper plates in our house. I'm not against them, it's just not something I ever think to buy, unless I'm having a party. I toss all the plates we use in the dishwasher so it's not a huge hassle to me.

You brush their teeth after they drink that, right? They brush before bed but Matthew has his cup all night. He drinks on it less now than he used to but still a few times during the night. And we brush in the morning. Girl.

Cher yikes, scary. My SM had a SCAD last year which is actually most common for post partum and is pretty scary. Hope your cardiologist gets some answers for you. ETA: hoping that's not it, but something to be on the lookout for. Sorry I'm not making sense this morning.. I started googling this and then I thought I responded but I'm not sure. So if I'm repeating myself, just ignore me. I wonder if they would see this during my CT scan? I would think so. What did they say today?

PT went well. The therapist thinks I have an impingement in my right hip. Also a tight hip flexor. She's having me do some things to stretch out the hip flexor and then I will go back in 2 weeks. I also had her check and she said my ab separation isn't bad but I'm supposed to work on my TA muscles.

I brush O's teeth after his nighttime milk. But sometimes he wakes up in the motn and demands milk. I don't brush then because all I care about is getting him back in bed so I can go to bed.
My kids don't drink juice, just water and milk.

So if I'm repeating myself, just ignore me. I wonder if they would see this during my CT scan? I can't remember how they determined it, but know she had scans and tests, so i imagine a CT would pick it up? I am very cardio illiterate, but I feel like they did a procedure to see were the blood was flowing that determined what had happened and wasn't a blockage. She felt a huge amount of pressure on her chest and she totally was a heart attack, but it wasn't - otherwise was perfectly healthy. It seems like it's a type of thing they don't know why happens and can't seem to predict, but is most common after having kids😟 I actually read about it in an NPR maternal complications article a few weeks ago. Fluid in your lungs though sound like it maybe is something else? I have no doubt you have some top notch doctors though.. Sorry if I've just scared you though, just throwing it out there since I had never heard of it until my 65 year old SM told me to watch out for it.

It was how I got him away from nursing at night. We're taking it away when they move into their new room. Right now, sleep trumps the need. His dentist wasn't concerned and said his teeth look great.

We use paper plates for sandwiches or occasionally pizza, etc. but for the most part are Team Real Dishes. I do go through paper towels and napkins like they're going out of style, however.
We went out for Italian and the kids were great; guess it helped that we got there at 5:30. I think we even beat the early birds!

tallb you're not scaring me at all. I am going to ask the cardiologist about it. The internist I saw explained that it's kind of difficult to diagnose a woman who just had a baby because so many things are out of wack, some may be the body trying to get back to normal, some may be serious health issues. Add in breastfeeding and a lot of tests aren't bf-friendly and it's a frustrating task. (I actually can't bf today because my boobs are radioactive today lol). So, I'm happy to have other things to ask the doctors. I know they're great but I know it's probably overwhelming looking for everything.

I'm sorry, chrisy01. Your work always sounds nuts and let's face it, being an adult in general is freaking hard. Can you get a day - or even a half day - to yourself soon?

So Ryland has been in This phase where he sneaks into our room/bathroom and steals stuff for his room. Toothpaste, deodorant, hairbrushes etc. whatever, it's annoying but kind of funny. Until I walked in on his "nap" and he had taken two things of hair product, my belly lotion, and a tube of toothpaste... and opened them all and emptied them into the carpet! I'm livid, I scrubbed the carpet and hope it all comes out since the saw on this house closes in two weeks. And I'm mildly worried about if he ate any of it. I assume not because gross, and I smelled his breath, but I'm keeping an eye on him. And I can't have wine. Send ice cream. That would scare me.
