My favorite ever is station 26 tangerine cream ale. We had Denver brewing Co.'s grapefuit radler last weekend and it was delicious Oberon is the perfect summer beer but we can't get it out here. Lagunitas lil sumpin is hard to beat. lil sumpin sumpin is currently at our Costco! We stocked up on a couple cases π

I'm a ridiculous beer person because my favorite breweries only sell in the tasting room, and aren't distributing at all. So I like to talk about it, but you won't know unless you also live within walking distance to 3 microbreweries...
Also, basically anything but IPA - the weirder the better. I like sours, coffee stouts, reds, and browns, and especially holiday beers in the winter! Anchor Steam is probably my all time favorite, though.

I'm new to beer, but local craft beer is really big where I live. I'm enjoying learning what I like!

Add me to the club who loves craft beers. Breweries are a really popular thing within about an hour or two from me and NY is doing a lot to promote breweries.

Bold Rock came out with some weird ones, a peach, a honey dew and a wild cherry ale. Local Native came out with a lemon grass tequila IPA that was strong but not my favorite.

I kind of hate the trend and manufactured exclusivity of tasting room / brewery purchase only beer. Waiting for alchemist beer was ridiculous. I loved it but still.

I am usually a dark beer girl, but I really like Platform Brewing Co.'s New Cleveland Palesner. Gotta make a plug for a local brew.

This looks like the appropriate place to intro! I had $40 worth of bottle returns yesterday (in Michigan we get $0.10 per bottle), and approximately 99% were craft beer. Professional lurker since fall 2013 - 2 under 3. I tend to fall off the face of the earth occasionally, so don't be surprised about drive-by postings. I'm lucky enough to live near Beer City, so I have the world at my fingertips! πΊ I live about 30 mins from Grand Rapids but am from GR and love love love the beer scene we have going on!!

One of our neighbors had a bomber from Alchemist he shared with us. The beer was delightful, but I am super happy I didn't have to wait in lines for it.

We're big craft brew fans. My favorite is Southern Tier's Creme Brulee Imperial Stout. Good, strong, hearty dessert beer. Too bad it's seasonal Late but I've still seen batches around by me.

I'm way late, but I love craft beer. Sonoma County is becoming just as well known for their craft beers as we are for our wine. We have some bigger breweries here like Lagunitas and Bear Republic, some well known smaller breweries, and tons of small ones. MH and I really enjoy going out tasting.
One of my newer found favorites is Alpine's Duet. They are out of the San Diego area.
ETA: I see the thread has moved. Whoops! Sorry.

I love this thread! We are huge craft beer people. We are in the Cincinnati area and have several great local breweries. Our date night always revolve around breweries, love to visit them!

I live near the Brew Ridge Trail so I have Blue Mountain Brewery, Blue Toad Brewery, Bold Rock Brewery, The Devils Backbone Brewery and Wildwolf Brewery all within 30 minutes of me. Plus all the small local microbreweries. I love love love A Hopwork Orange, Boldrocks IPA, Devils Backbone 8 Point IPA, Flying Dogs Raging Bitch and Blood Orange IPA, Dogfish IPA Devils Backbone doesn't make a single beer I don't like.
