My watch has been syncing for almost 2 hours, omg. Today I have a progression run - 20 min easy pace, 20 min 5k pace. I had errands to run this morning so I'll have to run at like 4 which is never fun. Lead legs every time.

Now I remember why I don't work very hard to make sure my water intake is high. I've been working my ThermoFlask 40oz over the last hour because I didn't work out today, and normally I only drink from it when I do. My acid reflux got way worse and I feel pukey.

You should probably pace that a little more. That's a lot for an hour.

yup mine started pulling watch data last night and my ride this morning uploaded right away! I think I have everything back now. mine is pulling data - but garminconnect.com has a calendar on there and shows you your weekly totals and monthly totals. completely does the math for this lazy girl. it needs to be up and running too.
If you go to the bottom of your dashboard on the mobile app and click on the seven day total for whatever activity, like running, you can toggle between weekly, monthly, and yearly totals.

I rested the last 2 days. I need to get something in tonight but I just don’t want to. I just want to be miserable in silence after the kids go to bed. I know I’ll feel better if I move but fuck I just want to bury my face in a large bowl of ice cream.

NRC is less mileage for me than my garmin. I kept trying to figure out why there was such a difference if i started both within seconds of each other. I have noticed it's usually when my phone is in my flipbelt on my hips. If it's in my hand for intervals, it is pretty close to the same mileage as my garmin. I use Fitbit and the Runkeeper app to track my runs and it bugs when they aren't super-close when I start within 2-3 seconds of the other. And it's probably wrong when I glom onto the one that gives me the better time. Where they really differ is on walks - Fitbit has me way slower for walks than runs than Runkeeper. And they sometimes fluctuate on exact same routes, running with phone in hand where one time Fitbit shows me faster, the next Runkeeper. Or are pretty close on Mile 1, then deviate for Mile 2 and so on. So bizarre. I'll be glad to finish the Road to 5K program (which is all tread runs and therefore no tracking of stats) and can resume outdoor runs again. To get yet another comparison. Oh but treadmill calibration can be off too. It never ends, right?! I am always tracking with 2-3 devices at all times and it’s so frustrating how inconsistent it is!

Well my plan for a hard core work out did not go as planned. I did a 20 minute a Robin body weight strength and that was it. It was decent but I definitely didn’t go super hard. Oh well. I had less time than I had anticipated, and was also more tired than anticipate lol. I stocked up at Trader Joe’s, though.
Food is good though! I tracked macros today for the first time in a while.

I did a 20 minute strength training today with Olivia. It was her most recent rock one and it was fun. Well, okay not fun but the music was, lol. I attempted to do an older Jess Sim's one right after but legs were toast. I made it through 10 minutes and then called it quits. Oh well.
Food is still such a shitshow. I need to hire someone to follow me around and knock food out of my hands and give me healthier options. I'm trying to give myself grace but it's been months. I need to get it together!

I did Cody's 2000s ride this afternoon, followed by his 10 minute arms. I took it somewhat easy after a tough ride yesterday, but it felt good. And today marks a 60 day streak of Peloton workouts for me!
Did you guys see that they've added a collection of family-focused strength and yoga and meditation classes? Seems like most of them are like 5-10 minutes long, with titles like "brain break" which sounds like they're geared toward shaking things up during distance learning days. I'm interested, but I doubt my boys will go for it.

4.4 miles with matty on his 45 min fun run. 6.33 more miles until i hit 100.
Followed up with matty's 10 min outdoor post run stretch.
Food to be determined. But dinner is pot roast and veggies in crock pot.

I needed an easy day today because my legs are really sore from yesterday's workout. So I did:
20min low impact ride w/ Hannah 10min arms toning w/ Hannah 5min post-ride stretch w/ Christine
I ordered a foam roller to try to help with my knee and heel and it's due to arrive today. I plan on trying it out with one of Hannah's foam rolling stretch classes.

I wanted to run outside today, but of course it was super hot by the time I made it out, so I just did two miles. I’m glad I did it and I’m glad it’s done.

Hello! Planning a strength session at the gym tonight after work. Work has been crazy this week but I’m trying to stay committed to working out. Food should be good today, as long as I can avoid the snacking at dinner time. I had a few too many handfuls of chips last night.
B- 2 eggs, toast S- banana, almond butter granola cups L- Lillie’s turkey sloppy joe skillet with sweet potatoes and green beans S- veggie chips, string cheese D- shrimp with quinoa/brown rice, broccoli, and feta
To those who follow Jordan Syatt on IG- he is planning on proposing to his girlfriend today! He is posting videos to his story all day (obviously hidden from her) to document it.

I'm tired and hangry. It's one of those days. My bike is supposed to be delivered today but it's not even in my state according to tracking, so who knows.
Four mile base run with T25 Speed 2.0, P90X Legs and Back, and Body Beast Abs Classic.

I did a steady 3.5 mile run on the treadmill. I haven’t used any of the instructors the last few days because my legs needed a break from the hills and speed.

it rained all day yesterday so this morning was a bit cooler. but the humidity was out of control. entire shirt was soaking, i looked like i ran thru a sprinkler (i did run thru a bunch at the end) and my glasses were so fogged up i couldn't see a damn thing. (wet shirt not helping either....)

I finished 21 Day Fix again and then went on vacation near my favorite bakery and ate donuts all week. I weigh almost ten pounds more than I did in February when I bought my bridesmaids dress. It came in and I just tried it on and it’s a lot more loose now. So fuck the scale I guess 😂 I’m starting Liift4 again. I’m going to try to stick with it this time and not go running off to a different program after week two as usual.

I went out for a 3ish mile run this morning - technology (non-Garmin!) was working against me. Runkeeper hung up and didn't start tracking until I took my phone out and looked at it about 10 minutes in, at which point my apple watch stopped tracking. So I did a 10 minute run followed by a 20 minute run. Oh well. First solo run in a while without a peloton coach in my ear. I for sure went easier than I do during those classes, but I needed a break.
I ended up taking DD on three walks yesterday! 2 that were about 1.5 miles each, and then another short one to pick something up from a neighbor. I love that she's big enough to just walk and talk with me, now. I think I also have her convinced to try running. We're going to start with easy intervals (like, run 1 minute and walk 2-3) and see how she does, but she can walk 3 miles now at a decent pace, so I bet she'll do great.
I made the skinnytaste Navy Bean soup with bacon for my lunches this week, and it's SO good!

It can barely move and things fit really differently, because your body composition changes when you exercise. Good for you!

I a 30 min 70s ride of Leanne’s yesterday and I hope to do another 30-40 min today, but today is my last day until Monday, and they piled work on me, so I’m not sure I will have a chance to get away from my desk.

I did a 5 k run this morning, not with the Peloton guidance. I was almost dreading running and that’s not usually how it is and I think it’s because I enjoy listening to my own playlist when I run so I skipped the Peloton run I was planning on doing and just ran and it was much more enjoyable.
Food should be good. I baked on the weekend so I was eating baked goods the last few days but I think I’m going to wrap up and freeze the rest because I do not have the energy I would need to burn off all those extra calories on a daily basis 😜

Everyone skipped peloton today!
I did not. After a longer run yesterday I decided to do a walking workout today. I did RK's most recent power walk and did a couple extra minutes for 1.5 miles. Then I stretched for five minutes afterwards to my favorite Emma stretch. Planning to do some yoga during nap time.
We had a brutally miserable night last night, my kids were both up all hours of the night. I'm exhausted and unsure of food. So far I've had a protein bar and shake, both of which DD2 shared with me. Tonight H has gold league so the girls and I will order our usual Italian dinner.

Doesn't look like my bike will be coming today. I'd like it before my next cross-training day on Monday, but they've always been weird, they ship things in circles. They did the same thing with my treadmill. It was in the next town over and then they moved it back out of state. Act right, delivery company.

I've been trying to figure out why I'm so exhausted lately, and I think it's just a combo of night waking with my baby and Peloton just being hard for me. It's hard in a good way - I generally don't push myself too hard on cardio. (At OTF I was a power walker, and I was doing outdoor runs with the Peloton app before I got my bike, but it was more of a jog than a run.) But it's really just wearing me out!
Yesterday I was tired, but I told myself to just get on the bike and do a quick ride. It's been a month since I got it, so I went back to my first 10 minute low impact ride and did it again to compare. Then I felt good so I did a 15 minute ride after that, then some arms toning and ab rehab. Today I'm feeling a little less beat, so I'll try to do something fun today.
I'm worried about my workout schedule (and my IF schedule, too), because I go back to work on Friday. I currently work out during the baby's nap, but that will be moot once I'm not home all day. I used to do 5am OTF, and I guess I'll probably have to start getting up super early again if I want to get anything done. Ugh. I guess I'll keep being exhausted for the foressable future.

I am planning to do a bike ride today, maybe an intervals and arms to get some upper body work in. I am getting a good number of steps in at work today, it's busy and I am on my feet a lot. I am attempting to track macros but MFP is having issues. I think my macros are good today regardless, so it won't matter. It's just annoying.
Food today:
Early morning (pre 5 am work day)- Vans blueberry waffle with PB B- Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, cold brew with milk and a splash of vanilla syrup L-lentil/feta/bruschetta salad (https://alexandracooks.com/2018/06/22/mind-blowing-three-ingredient-trader-joes-lentil-salad/), apple cider dijon chicken, sliced peach S-? Probably TJ's mochi nuggets D- TJ's seafood paella with added shrimp, some sort of veggie (I may just mix peas into the paella?) D- mini ice cream cone(s)

stayingblonde , commiseration (from me 2 years ago after ML, lol). It's such a struggle going back. My schedule needed a decent amount of rearranging after maternity leave- although, the nighttime/early morning wake ups helped in a way, because some mornings I was already up and just worked out after a nursing session or something. I unfortunately did (and do) have to lose a bit of sleep to prioritize working out a lot of the time. I am also a former 5 am OTFer, it's usually the time slot that works best for me if I am not at work by then. I am having trouble motivating myself to still work out at that time at home, even though I get to sleep in later! I hope you can find a good balance. It's also exponentially harder when the babies are small and need more care.
