My June was okayish. I ran 50 miles in the first ten days of the month, then took it super easy and finished out with 86. I intentionally took a cutback week, but then the heat was brutal and so I didn’t get in as many miles. I do walk most days, so that’s something.
My July goals are to run 100 miles and do 15 sweat workouts.

June was a mixed bag for me. I had the motivation to work out but not always the ability. I have a muscle in my back that is chronically cranky and it acted up a lot last month. So I would get in a good groove with some great workouts and then get sidelined with muscle spasms. My PCP prescribed some muscle relaxers yesterday along with a better inflammatory so hopefully those will help it heal quicker and I can get back to it!
I did do a quick 20 latin ride with Cody yesterday and was fun. I'm going to concentrate on just doing cardio for a few weeks since that's easier on me and add back in strength later in the month. When I do I think I need to stick to body weight and very light weights and not try to lift anything too heavy. That's when I get in trouble.
ETA: I definitely did a better job of drinking more water and less wine so that's a win.

June was my “getting back into it” month. I restarted my intermittent fasting, but this time for real, for real. 😆 And I worked out every single day, mostly on my Peloton. Took a lot of walks outside as well. Progress, not perfection! 🙂

I need to go here. I've been stepping up my game on the elliptical--I have one at home--and have started arm weights.
Having my husband leave me for his (older, unattractive*) mistress has served as a major motivator for me.

I think June turned out decent. My goals were: Running streak - at least a mile a day. - nailed it Run 75 miles nailed it with 80 miles and change Drink less - well ok i did not nail this but i improved some i think Drink more water I was more conscious of what i was and was not drinking. I can improve on this Stay on schedule for 80 DO. oh i dropped this on day 1. I instead am training to increase my pace via NRC and doing strength via pelaton I also lost overall 2 pounds!
July Goals Continue my running streak Run 100 miles (gulp) Drink Less Drink more water Keep up with strength Lose 2 pounds.
Today I completed Selena 30 min 90s rock run run for 3.42 miles. I should have just kept running til 3.5. I followed it up with Robins 20 min full body strength. Food: B: everything bagel with garlic cream cheese S: protein shake, greek yogurt, apple L: chicken broccoli fritters / salad D: grilled shrimp over rice and beans

I need to refocus in July. June was ok but the heat wave sidelined me and I need to get back into it. Overall I think I’m drinking less than the quarantine months so that’s good lol.

Holy tits, it's July.
Last month I managed to follow my program and not die and make better food choices. I was under the weight I wanted, but jump back over with my period. If I want to cut i will have to ask for that in my program because I can't pull that off with my current one.
Same goals for July.

How in the hell is it already July? I don't even remember if I set June goals, so I'm just going with I crushed them. I only drank 3 days out of the month (and nothing for the last 17 days), I either ran or did CF 20/30 days, I've been drinking tons of water, and I've been trying to pay attention to what I eat and be more intuitive with how much I eat. July goal is to cure my PF so I can continue running, while continuing to run.

I wasn’t really around much in June because I’ve been in a funk. Overall my month was pretty successful. I worked out consistently even when I didn’t feel like it.
My goal was to run 50 miles and I ran 65. A few months ago I was doing zero running so I’m proud of how far I’ve come in that department and hope to continue getting better. I did some upper body strength workouts every few days for the month and am starting to see some muscle definition in my arms.
My exercise goals for July are to continue with consistent cardio and also to start incorporating some core and lower body workouts in. Food wise my goal is to start making better use of my calories and cutting out desserts since I’ve been eating them more frequently than I’d like. I plan to enjoy this weekend then afterwards be more intentional about what I’m fueling my body with.

I use kt tape from this video. It's long but it helped me figure out how to tape. And my feet do not hurt anymore (they used to hurt all.the.time)

I haven't even heard of foot taping! I'll be doing this for sure. Thank you!

GhoatMonket, ok i am requesting a refresher. what is your program? what are you working on with that coach? i would like to have a better understanding of what you are doing. I hired a lifting coach last month. I've need to do it for a while (like years) but kept putting it off. I finally bit the bullet and contacted someone. We were getting ready for nationals but that that is gone, we are going to do a mock meet at roughly the same time the meet would have been. Then we will go to off season and start focusing in more on where I have issues (and there are plenty and he nailed a few of them right out of the gate and already went after them). It's a lot more volume than I'm used to with the supersets added in (which is like cardio and gross). Add in no AC in the gym and I am literally soaked from head to toe when I leave. All that and I pay for it too.

I’m going back to work this week so I’m just chugging along and moving my workouts to be around my work days. I’m just aiming for consistency all around this month.

Yeah July!! June was really consistent as far as working out and I’m definitely building endurance. My goal for July is to focus on building more strength. My heavier dumbbells arrived so I’m ready to get it!!
Today: long one. 30min ride with Ben, Jess Sims live strength, Alex rock ride on the strider, then ally’s live Whitney ride in the afternoon!
May treat myself to a poke bowl for lunch. And a nap after.

June kind of fell apart for me. I was doing good until about half way through the month and I lost my focus.
I am not sure if I should put this here, but after 2 rounds of IVF, one successful and one ending in a D&C in January, I was focused on trying to get back to my pre-baby weight so when our FET happened, I was back in a good place. However, I got a positive test on Father’s Day. I am currently doing Betas every 2 days because my hcg is low, so I am currently cautiously optimistic.
Anyway, whether or not this pregnancy sticks, I want to be working out and eating healthy, because I am still 20lbs above where I started last time.
DD started daycare this week, which will make getting my workouts in easier! My goal is to do some form of exercise 5 days a week and try and keep my eating pretty healthy.

July Goals
Reduce coffee and sugar intake. My dentist told me my teeth had deteriorated alot since my last visit. he said pregnancy combined with unusually acidic pH in my saliva. He’s so concerned that I have to use prescription toothpaste now. I’ve always had bad teeth but I really tried during the pregnancy to be better about it.
Reach out to my OB to talk about how I’ve been struggling. I've told myself every morning for the past week that today’s the day I’m gonna call her and ask for help and I haven’t done it.
Organize the pantry and printer closet.
Go for walk at least 3x a week.
