Any of you girls also do not have the attention span to really watch/read anything new? I keep retracting to old comforting shows/movies/books. Yes. Anything that required much focus and brain power is a no go for me now. I keep trying to get through House of Cards (for over a year now) and even though I have the time now, I just can’t, especially with the Tom Foolery happening in this administration. I find it making me angry, too. Not sure if I will try anymore. I stopped at the end of season 2. |

My niece broke her arm last night. They gave her morphine to set it and put her in a splint. She'll need to see an orthopedic surgeon this week to determine if surgery is necessary or not.  |

I'm loving Little Fires Everywhere. I will say I've heard people upset it doesn't match up to the book, but I never read it so no big for me. Same. I still love and hate all of the characters. Same! It's so good! |

Morning. Last day of work until Friday. So glad. Ozark is officially on my list now. I’ll try it out maybe sometime this week if I can.
Bad weather coming through my state again today. The worst of it is supposed to be this afternoon. I’m headed to the grocery store when I leave. We patched the fridge yesterday and it works, so I need to get some things we had to throw out like milk.

Happy Sunday. I stayed up too late last night on our Zoom happy hour. It was great to socialize in general, plus with us spread across 5 states, it's far easier. This may become a thing even when life gets back to normal.
In what is probably shocking news, we have nothing going on today. It's chilly but clear, so we'll get the boys out as much as possible, and I need to finish laundry and get some cleaning done.
One of my girl friends recommended Ozarks as well, I may need to look into it. I think we'll finish the Netflix season of Designated Survivor first. We're about halfway through.

Same. I still love and hate all of the characters. Same! It's so good! I want to watch this but I don’t have Hulu. Our 1 year cable contract is up next month and I need to start researching to figure out if we will switch to streaming again. |

It's a group of hot singles who are apparently addicted to one night stands, sex, etc. They are put on this amazing island and told they can win money if they don't have any sexual contact with each other, not even kissing. It looked pretty funny, but I'll have to wait for a time when Cadence isn't around. |

Of my pickup order there were 5 cancellations and 7 substitutions. Most of the cancellations I can't imagine a similar item wasn't available. Whatever.
I got the most important item: apple juice concentrate so we can make apple cider donuts.

Hi friends. As I predicted yesterday, I am very sore. I plan to do the least today. I told dh that we need to watch ozark too. The girls are playing on the swing set and DH is outside watching them/reading a book.

I haven't heard of that one yet! It just was released April 17th. We watched 3 episodes last night. They have 5 girls and 5 guys, all beautiful and known for having lots of sex. They are together in a beautiful house for a month and they get $100,000. The catch is no sex, not even kissing. Each infraction takes away from the prize money. It’s a hot mess. |
